April 2015[edit]

Information icon Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the page American Ninja Warrior has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. Please use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did, and feel free to use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. While sometimes edits can be frustrating to see, yelling in the edit summary does little to help the problem. If needed, there are dispute resolution procedures that can be used. I would first try to discuss the issue on the talk page. 331dot (talk) 23:09, 7 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

ANI Notice[edit]

Hey Jason - friendly notice that I've mentioned you in a discussion at WP:ANI; I've brought up the IP editor who has been vandalising American Ninja Warriors. Thanks. ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 03:24, 8 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

As an update: American Ninja Warrior, along with a few other articles, has been semi-protected to prevent abusive IP editing. If you see what appears to be the same editor adding false information again, feel free to let me know. Thanks, ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 20:48, 8 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

American Ninja Warrior edit warring[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on American Ninja Warrior. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Ping me with {{u|Jim1138}} and sign "~~~~" or message me on my talk page. 03:14, 30 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

American Ninja Warrior obstacles[edit]

Hi Jason. To clarify on the list of obstacles on American Ninja Warrior, the reason that keeps getting removed is not because it's false. It's because it's completely trivial for a general encyclopedia. Overall, a giant list of obstacles in each season isn't useful. Like we don't provide in-depth coverage of video game plots, or a list of every single question asked on Jeopardy, we also shouldn't and will not keep a giant list of obstacles from a show. If you take a look at the deletion debate, you'll see that there's a strong consensus towards not included such content. I've removed the content again, and advise you to not re-add it. Continuing to do so without first discussing it can be considered edit warring and may result in a block. If you have a case to make, feel free to bring it up on the article's talk page where there is already a discussion. If you have any questions, feel free to ask here. Thanks. ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 21:01, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Damn Edit Wars/Bullies[edit]

Hi there Jason, Look I knew we have been on some bad terms, but there are bigger bullies out there that have picking on users like us. Like Seriously, the people who god rid of the ANW obstacles have OCD and just want to keep on getting rid of them. I suggest that people should know about sasukepedia, which is a better site for info for ANW. I'm sick of people undoing edits that deserve to be there and are correct. A Giant list of obstacles is useful to let people know what the obstacles are. I know how hard you worked on trying to protect and keep List of Obstacles on ANW. People who just keep editing the page, don't even watch the show at all. And I hope you read this to know, that I'm on your side. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:84:4100:FAFD:5DB1:D51E:9CE:4F6D (talk) 06:20, 16 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
