Welcome to Wikipedia![edit]

Hello Jedi6/Archive 1, welcome to Wikipedia!

Here are some tips:

If you feel a change is needed, feel free to make it yourself! Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone (yourself included) can edit any article by following the Edit this page link. Wikipedia convention is to be bold and not be afraid of making mistakes. If you're not sure how editing works, have a look at How to edit a page, or try out the Sandbox to test your editing skills.

If, for some reason, you are unable to fix a problem yourself, feel free to ask someone else to do it. Wikipedia has a vibrant community of contributors who have a wide range of skills and specialties, and many of them would be glad to help. As well as the wiki community pages there are IRC Channels, where you are more than welcome to ask for assistance.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks and happy editing, Alf 22:27, 29 August 2005 (UTC).[reply]

Palpatine[edit]

Thanks for your work on Palpatine. I greatly appreciate it. --Maru (talk) Contribs 18:56, 26 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

You're welcome. :-) --User:Jedi6 26 November 2005

Palpatine Article[edit]

Yeah, I guess you meant to revert the anon's edits. The Wookieepedian 06:46, 27 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

re: gamecube[edit]

sorry, i meant to say rv edits by ... to jedi6. I was reading the article on reverting, and i misunderstood how to write the edit. i'll try to fix it.

Redirect[edit]

Hi! I'm not sure what you're asking me to do. Do you want me to make a redirect to an existing article out of another existing article? If you'd like to link to another page, that's something you can easily do yourself. Let me know what you have in mind and I'll be glad to walk you through it. BTW, my cousin is a Star Wars nut. He now works for Skywalker Ranch as a result. Some dream job, eh?  :) - Lucky 6.9 06:57, 2 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, I see. I can unblock it if you want to make a redirect out of it. I remember that title was attracting some bizarre edits. On my way... - Lucky 6.9 07:07, 2 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

OK, we now have a redirect. I've redirected it to List of games with Mario and placed it under the 2006 release header as an upcoming Nintendo Revolution title. Hope this helps! - Lucky 6.9 07:14, 2 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for thanks[edit]

I thought it was really kind of you to post your comment on my talk page, but hardly warranted. The work you've done is really top quality. I'm just glad I gave you somewhere to show it off, and that the article is now in such good condition. Star Wars books rule :) --Kyle Dantarin 17:57, 5 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

How is the prequel trilogy not independent? The Wookieepedian 23:50, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Doom127[edit]

I reverted to mendel edition and we are consensus now. Nothing wrong with this. --Quackshot 16:36, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Read the talk page. --Quackshot 16:41, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I simply agree edition of mendel is much better and POV-free. Nothing wrong. --Quackshot 17:06, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
You started edit war and indulged me into 3rr violation. Bad faith by you. --Quackshot 17:12, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
You actually started and went over the line Jedi6 17:50, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Jedi, I need your help here. Quackshot's used my User Contribution page and went into EACH AND EVERY ARTICLE that I've worked on, including the Apple Computer page (where there was a consensus already reached weeks ago), the Link's Awakening page AND The Virtual Boy Article. He's labeled all my contribs as "vandalism" and slashed out everything I've worked on. This is WAY TOO MUCH. Daniel Davis 01:22, 17 December 2005 (UTC) (Doom127)[reply]

A Strong Suspicion[edit]

I've merely watched until now, but I have a very strong suspicion that GroundZero is yet another creation of Brazil4Linux. His account contribs, his dedication to Brazil's edits all would seem to point there, but just those aren't enough. I'm noticing, however, that he shares the distinct linguistical traits of Brazil and Quackshot. Statements like "The preffer version is minor important" are very similar to the style of writing Brazil uses, and it seems like GroundZero is having the same difficulty understanding words like "persuaded" (he's convinced it's POV for some reason), the same way Quackshot and Brazil were. I'm holding back on any accusation right now, but I think it would be wise to bear this in mind... Daniel Davis 20:56, 19 December 2005 (UTC) (Doom127)[reply]

Its all coming in from the same country, on variable ips. Brazil has one provider. GroundZero and Quackshot have another. So probable but not definitive, you'll have to go by the edits. Fred Bauder 17:52, 21 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I heard on GroundZero's talk page that Brazil4Linux's ban until Dec 25, 2005 would not be extended as long as he reframed from using sockpuppets, the lastest sockpuppet dealt with was GroundZero. However, Doom127, Hinotori, and myself have believed that Oddie is the next attempt of B4L to get around his ban. -- GoldDragon 13:28, 22 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

STOP revert my user pages[edit]

Stop revert my userpage, you DON'T ARE ADMINISTRATOR, DON'T HAVE POWER TO BLOCK ME, If you believe that I sockpuppet, than report me. You danm Idiot loser. Never will be admin --GroundZero 02:25, 23 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Making personal attacks against me isn't going to help you prove that your not a sockpuppet Jedi6 06:29, 23 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like Brazil4Linux is back to his old ways again. Time for me to start checking my User Contrib pages every 10 minutes for his little "additions" again... sigh... Daniel Davis 06:53, 23 December 2005 (UTC) (Doom127)[reply]

I didn't know someone had vandalized my page[edit]

My gosh, I had no idea someone had even done anything to my user page. I was gone all of yesterday with Christmas celebrations with my family. Brazil must be a very lonely person if that's the only thing that makes him happy on this time of year. Thanks for letting me know about what happened. Daniel Davis 18:11, 24 December 2005 (UTC) (Doom127)[reply]

Brazil4Linux = Dungeon Siege = Microsoft Fanboy[edit]

Hinotori and Daniel Davis have confirmed that Brazil4Linux is the aforementioned sockpuppets. However, what makes Brazil4Linux supposedly unblockable is his dynamic IP, so it looks like he hasn't served any of his 1 month ban that admin User:Alkivar handed down. Obviously, Microsoft Fanboy is a username made up intentionally by such an anti-American and anti-Microsoft person. Under that disguise, Microsoft Fanboy tried to reopen up an edit war that had been resolved a month ago, by trying to insert into the Xbox article a misleading wikinews headline that he had created and promoted as B4L. Although Microsoft Fanboy doesn't use as many personal attacks and POV accusations in his new form, he nonetheless talks very similar to B4L...

Its a good thing that an admin stopped him, but B4L looks like a pretty malicious user taking revenge for not getting his way in Ken Kutaragi. But how can you compromise with a guy who wants the info to vanish if he doesn't like it, ignoring the fact that it is sourced and NPOV? Over Christmas, Doom127 and Hinotori, especial Doom, have had their pages vandalized repeatedly. That definitely crosses the line. I'm surprised that B4L attacked you since you count as neutral in the dispute and he even had to gall to mess up admin Alkivar's page.

Lastly, I am impressed with your extensive Star Wars work, particularly since Palpatine had an extremely thin history before Episodes I-III were released. Star Wars is one of those universes told through many mediums, novels, movies, and even video games, and and a wiki community is needed to put it all together. --GoldDragon 21:20, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you change my gamecube edit?[edit]

BBC and Reuters show the Gamecube as of now 2nd in the console race.

How is that false information?

Well, it was nice while it lasted[edit]

Banned user Brazil4Linux is vandalizing pages. Again. So far he's been spotted at Neowin, enforcing his old old edit. I may need your assistance once again. Daniel Davis 02:55, 25 January 2006 (UTC) (Doom127)[reply]

Puyo Puyo Fever 2[edit]

First of all, thanks for contributing to the Puyo Puyo Fever 2 entry. However, You cleared the formatting of the characters section. Rather than headings you made them bold, making the section near-unreadable and not flowing.

The Puyo Puyo Fever has a section for characters and then sub-sections for individual characters. Why not make the change for the Puyo Puyo Fever article too?

In accordance with the standard set by the Puyo Puyo Fever entry, I'll give each character it's own sub-section again. I'm aware that not every charactert has a description, but that will be fixed in time.

If you really think it's better, i'm reasonable. Let's talk about it, send me an email at heranbago@gmail.com. --Heran Bago 02:19, 26 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Neowin[edit]

Could I get a hand in Neowin? B4L's back to using his anon IPs... Daniel Davis 23:55, 26 January 2006 (UTC) (Doom127)[reply]

Well, I've gotten him to stop using his anon IPs in his damage Neowin via semi protection; he's now resorting to his last unblocked sock, User:Dungeon Siege if you could give me a hand at the reverts it would be appreciated. He's only got two accounts capable of supporting vandalism through a semi protection, so I think we can keep him from disrupting things too badly. Daniel Davis 14:21, 27 January 2006 (UTC) (Doom127)[reply]

Deleted Categories[edit]

Please do not recreate categories that have already been deleted. There is a link just above the edit box that you can click to check the deletion log before you go too far creating a category. Thanks. Hu 22:30, 28 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Stick to your toys[edit]

Don't vandalize like your sockpuppet pals --Blowhole 04:59, 2 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding the Damolda Airstrike vandal[edit]

I noticed he attacked you too. If he keeps it up, we'll get the page protected. So far it seems like a one-time thing at the moment though. Daniel Davis 05:12, 2 February 2006 (UTC) (Doom127)[reply]

Re: Amazon URLs[edit]

Hi Jedi6, I'm not removing Amazon URLs, what I'm doing is removing the information in the URLs that Amazon uses for tracking the user who originally clicked on the link and for tracking the state of the user interface in the store.

For example, in the URL http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0944092691/ref=sib_dp_pop_fc/104-5844148-3816719?%5Fencoding=UTF8&p=S001#reader-link

The only bits that are necessary is the serial number after /reader/ and the &p=S001

See Wikipedia:Bot requests#Referral ID spam remove bot for a discussion on this.

EU Template[edit]

Looks great; only suggestion I have right now is to make the blue color at the top a little darker. Deckiller 23:10, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nice! Now let's just hope they revert back to the hyperlinks without underlines. Why do they always change back for a few minutes? Deckiller 23:22, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject templates[edit]

WikiProject templates are all required to be in the center and in that format. Do you mean the Expanded Universe template?

Also, if you want the template for use on your userpage, you can go to Template:StarWarsProject and copy and paste the script and work from there. Deckiller 23:58, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed :) Deckiller 00:24, 14 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Books list[edit]

We have a problem editor. Deckiller 03:56, 14 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is it technically legal for us to alternate? :) Deckiller 04:01, 14 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, cool. In the name of the WikiProject =P Deckiller 04:09, 14 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Star Wars template[edit]

OK, I'll let ya know. I merged them because I just don't see the point in having two template when you could have one that covers everything. The Wookieepedian 09:11, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Category[edit]

Argh, nothing is showing up in the category. Perhaps we need to rewrite the template in. Deckiller 00:35, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I was just trying to figure out what was wrong, I didn't mean to revert. By the way, I got it to work by editing each userpage, so it goes through the system. Deckiller 03:52, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, sounds good ^_^ Deckiller 04:14, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Looks awesome; just make sure you fix sectin to section :) Deckiller 04:15, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey[edit]

Hey, I worked on an opentasks template similar to the one you started; it's right here:User:Deckiller/maintenance. Deckiller 01:57, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

All set, I just put the skeleton on the redirected page, because it's really two templates in one. Deckiller 02:28, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The OpenSWTaskright one, because the SWTask one is solely for the text. In effect, there are two templates, one being the framework and all, and one having the task text on it. Deckiller 02:38, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, that is what I thought. Jedi6 02:47, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, I'm not sure how to do that. Deckiller 03:01, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia is VERRRY slow, but I've tweaked around a bit; Death Star image had to go for formatting. Also, the major opentask template for all pages (except for the portal) will be that openstarwarstaskright one, since the SWtask one is half of that template. Deckiller 03:41, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Idea[edit]

Okay, I look forward to hearing it. Deckiller 00:12, 24 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

We can also just omit the pictures entirely and just go with bare templates; a lot of projects do this, and it seems okay. Also, for the todo list, we're probably going to need the usual clipboard image for continuity reasons. Deckiller 02:01, 24 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Star Wars WikiProject Userbox[edit]

You can use Image:Star Wars Star Destroyer.jpg. It is free to use for any purpose. --UVnet 11:12, 24 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Collaboration[edit]

I saw a bunch of them as part of the WikiProject. My logic is that the COTW is Star Wars, which the project covers, and we're sponsoring the CotW in a way; it's sort of a satellite program of the project. Deckiller 16:37, 24 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

BTW, thanks for the barnstar!!!!!! Deckiller 16:37, 24 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

We should probably put the CotW on the book pages, as well. Deckiller 00:51, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Brazil4Linux[edit]

You can't "abandon" an account that's already been indefinitely blocked. That guy's just seeking attention- besides that, his account "abandonment" hasn't stopped him from creating new sockpuppets. :) By the way, it's nice to see you again too. Daniel Davis 05:06, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your welcome[edit]

Your welcome, it looked like vandalism to me, since the same editor created a "Star Wars poo" category XD. Deckiller 22:37, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

-=Nods=- I think he could technically be charged legally for that. Deckiller 22:42, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Template substitution[edit]

Hello Jedi6. When you use template tags on talk pages, it'd be much appreciated if you could substitute according to the guidelines at Wikipedia:Template substitution. Just add subst: to the tag; for example, {{subst:bv}}. This reduces server load and prevents accidental blanking of the template. Thanks. :) // Pathoschild (admin / talk) 23:04, 1 March 2006 (UTC)

You're welcome, and thank you. :) // Pathoschild (admin / talk) 00:23, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

It shows up semi-protected for me. Note that with WP:SEMI, registered users older than 4 days can still edit the article. -Splashtalk 02:12, 3 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hmmm, no User:Introducing... is brand new and therefore should have been unable to edit. I've tried lifting and reapplying the semiprotection and then I logged out and was unable to edit it as an anon; the same should now also apply to very new users. -Splashtalk 02:18, 3 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Lol, thanks ^_^ I should be able to help out with the project some more today. Manual of Style is the next task, I should have a draft of that done tonight (as long as my internet at the house remains up, heh). Deckiller 12:14, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks![edit]

Thanks for telling me about the Star Wars Wiki Project. I'll check it out pronto. ;) Amina skywalker 23:27, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey[edit]

That might work. I think we'll have to start dropping the Star Wars WikiProject template on more full articles to get the publicity up. We already had it on community portal, which was how we got most of our members. Deckiller 23:36, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Lol, that was actually the day I created it. The reason why there was so much information on the page already was that there was a rough draft on my userpage that some users were working on with me. I then put it on the community portal and told some people, and people started joining rapidly, so I felt that there was no need for a mass recruitment scheme immediately. Deckiller 23:47, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Anyway, I think it's a good idea to create a star wars-geared "welcome" for newusers who contribute to star wars pages, and perhaps another one when people join the project. I'll start dropping templates while you work on that, if you want. Deckiller 23:55, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Well, one would be introducing users to general wikipedia guidelines and offering them to join the project, and the other would actually welcome them to the project. However, a more personal message may be appropriate for new members. Deckiller 23:59, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Outstanding. I also recommend inputting some general wikipedia guidelines, as well. Nice work, as per the norm :) Deckiller 00:21, 8 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Comics Timeline[edit]

I'm really into the comics, so I've been adding some to the timeline that aren't there (yet?), and I'd seen the Tales Volumes 1-6 listed at the bottom but totally swapped Volumes and Issues in my head, and figured that just talking about the first 6 isssues, and so I added a whole lot in the timeline to chronological estimates i've gathered from various sources (the ones that were consistant with each other)over the past couple of years that study the context and content of the comic. Granted, a lot of them are actually pretty shaky with as to where exactly they are, and i've left those out. So should I just go back and take all the Tales comics I've listed or what? I don't mind either way.--Skope 23:34, 14 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No keep what you did, you did a fine job. (I was going to invite you to the WikiProject but you were already a member!!). The Tales Volumes on the bottom are unrelated to the Sith era one so don't worry. Again Nice Job. Jedi6-(need help?) 23:42, 14 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, thanks. Cool. I added pretty much the rest of what I had for the Rise of the Empire Era. I was wondering if I should put the flashbacks of certain storylines into the chrono order.

Also I have a different order for the 2-1 BBY area. I have it pretty much like this

2 BBY

1 BBY

I didn't want to just but in and move stuff around without clearing it with somebody (I know, violating the be bold rule) --Skope 02:36, 15 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thanks. I saw it and did what I could. Any other wikipedian would do the same. --JiFish(Talk/Contrib) 02:23, 15 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

B4L[edit]

I have a question...

How did this guy know who my wife was? His attack puppet was "Daniel and Amanda Davis"... I'm seriously thinking about getting the police involved if his level of stalking is going as far as tracking down my family. Daniel Davis 02:49, 15 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, you did realize that it was Brazil4Linux attacking you, right? Daniel Davis 02:58, 15 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

re: Articles for deletion[edit]

Thanks for the heads-up. I listed The Tritithes on AfD now too. I already left a comment on his talk page over the Alkanian Sector articles, feel free to add to it if you think something more needs to be said. BryanG 02:34, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Adding notes[edit]

Hi! Thanks for telling me that, but how do I mark some place in the article, so when you click it, it goes straight to the reference section? --71.118.82.186 06:04, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks again, but when I did it, it worked only for some of them. Do you know what I did wrong? You can see how it looks in Tikal the Echidna. --71.104.176.52 06:32, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! And I'll consider getting an account. Would you mind if I asked you some questions about creating an account? --71.104.176.52 07:01, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Go ahead and ask. I'm always eager to answer any questions. Jedi6-(need help?) 07:16, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Okay!

1) Getting an account is free, but will it always be free? Wikipedia won't change their policy, would they?

2) I know this doesn't have anything to do with accounts, but if my IP address is shown, would people be able to tell where I live and/or be able to send me viruses and/or ads?

3)Finally, how many peer reviews must an article get to become a featured or good or example article? And even though I don't have an account, can I still nominate an article for a peer review?

I hope I'm not bothering you with all these questions! --71.118.78.130 19:04, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! But what exactly do you mean by, "The area I live in"? Does that mean they know my address? And thanks for the advice! BTW, when I get an account, I'll let you know! --71.118.78.130 19:24, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, I see. Thanks! So the reason my IP address changes is because of a protection system? --71.118.78.130 19:39, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I do use AOL sometimes. But if I'm not using AOL right now, why does my IP address still change (very slightly, actually)? --71.118.78.130 19:45, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, thanks for taking the time and answering all my questions! If I have any more, I'll ask. --71.118.74.195 02:52, 19 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! I have another question: How do you nominate an article for a peer review? I looked at the instructions at the peer review place, but for some reason, when I did it, it didn't go right. You can see it in Tikal the Echidna. And I'm sorry if I'm bothering you! --71.104.187.145 21:42, 23 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed it for you. :) -- RattleMan 23:22, 23 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Book Covers[edit]

I'd kinda like to help add covers to the book articles that don't have them yet, and I need a bit of a heads up on how to go about doing so correctly. So... if you could point me in the right direction, that'd be swell
--Skope 21:53, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! I'm blazing thru the List of Star Wars books adding infoboxes with your new template. I was just now three away from the first one without an image.
Tally-ho --Skope 01:38, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
So are you going thru behind me and fixing my errors? I went back to fix them, and noticed some already fixed. Hahaha --Skope 02:00, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Hahah ... no it's cool, it just threw me for a second. Keep on keepin' on if you want to. --Skope 02:15, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Amazon.com's product details. It's great --Skope

Movie Novelizations[edit]

Should I lay down a infobox on the novelizations (Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, etc), or just leave them at what's already there? --Skope 03:06, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm the one who's been editing the Pokémon Ranger with that info, it's true, look at the home page of the game, which is found on the Pokémon Ranger page of this site! --HOL 12:21pm, 17 March 2006

Here's the link anyway:http://www.pokemon.co.jp/game/ds/ranger.html

Look on the bottom of the page!

Collaboration of the week[edit]

haha... Jedi6, It just hit me that you might have misunderstood my nomination. Star Wars: Clone Wars is the tv miniseries. I didnt nominate Clone Wars. I think you confused the two. Tutmosis 02:53, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

haha... Maybe we should rename the page to Clone Wars (tv series). Tutmosis 02:58, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
definetely! Since those are quite essential articles we first need to ask the community AKA Star Wars Wikiproject and then take care of all the links to those pages. Tutmosis 03:07, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I added proper disambig sentences for all 3 of the articles. Tutmosis 03:37, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay I responded, thanks for informing me since I wasnt aware of your proposals. Tutmosis 03:45, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thrawn template[edit]

Not at this time, but I'm sure we'll need a new template sometime soon! And good work on the Thrawn template. You got the message across that my original template was meant to do. The Wookieepedian 02:43, 20 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The PS2 and XBOX are not sold at a loss[edit]

You said that the PS2 and XBOX ARE sold at a loss but that is not true. I searched many websites, including Sony's and other reputable video game websites. You have no proof so keep it off there. Post on my talk page if you would like to talk to me. ... Wikipeedio 19:40, 20 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about that, should have looked harder[edit]

yes now that you told me that I went and looked at the articles online closer and found that you are correct. I did not read them carefully. Sorry about the trouble, im an idiot sometimes.

RfA thanks![edit]

Hi Jedi6! Thank you for supporting my RfA. It passed at 105/1/0, putting me in WP:100 - I'm delighted and surprised! I'm always happy to help out, so if you need anything, please drop me a line. Cheers! ➨ REDVERS 20:53, 22 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My RFA[edit]

Thank you!

Thank you for supporting / opposing / vandalising my RFA! The result was 71/3/0 and so I am now still a normal user / an administrator / indefinitely banned. Your constructive criticism / support / foulmouthed abuse has given me something to think about / helped me immensely / turned me into a nervous wreck. If there's any way I can help you in return, please ask someone else / suffer and die / drop me a line! --Sam Blanning (formerly Malthusian) (talk) 19:47, 23 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Mr Blanning, thank you for choosing the ACME Auto-thanker! Simply strike out the phrases that do not apply and tear off this strip at the indicated line to give all your supporters and detractors the personalised response they so richly deserve.
N.B: DO NOT FORGET TO TEAR THIS BIT OFF, MORON!

RFA[edit]

Hello Jedi6,

Thank you for your kind words on my RFA. However, I think you may have entered an opinion twice, inadvertently (54 and 117). Perhaps you may wish to strike one of them? Kind regards —Encephalon 13:07, 26 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
