Yes, you can upload the logo, but it must contain a fair use rationale - see Image:Arutz 10.png as an example.
Also, when you are editing articles, you don't need to hide links like [[sea of galilee|Sea of Galilee]] - you can just write [[Sea of Galilee]]. I see you made around 10 edits when adding the image to the article. If you want to check what you have done, it's better to click "Show preview" rather than "Save page".
