Hmmm... This sounds like it is a much bigger issue than just this one article. Can you please post something at WT:UNI so we can have a larger discussion? (Once you have something there, I can drop a note on other relevant pages pointing to your note so we can centralize discussion in one place.) Your concern is valid and understandable and we should consider changing all of our articles so they're still consistent. I've never been a big fan of promoting the seal ahead of the work mark as it's just not as recognizable to the general public anyway so this gives us a good reason to have a discussion about this issue.
