Adoption[edit]

Hi Justin, I am Go Phightins!, and I run an adoption school, and would be interested in adopting you; if you would like to peruse and let me know if you are interested in "enrolling". Thanks. Go Phightins! 02:18, 17 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

All right Justin, your course is located here. Please post all future comments and test answers, etc. on that page, and watchlist it. See you there. Go Phightins! 10:33, 17 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Did you complete your Twinkle test yet? Go Phightins! 22:20, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not just yet, real life is biting. Should be done in next couple days. Justin.Parallax (talk) 22:34, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Right, I'm having quite a bit of trouble with this particular test. I'm still on the first question, and Twinkle doesn't seem to be doing what I'm asking it to do. It's posted the talkback message I tried to leave to your talk page, and on my second attempt, it left it on my talk page. Rather confused here, can you help?Justin.Parallax (talk) 22:05, 6 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
My fault; this lesson has been messed up for a while. So basically, you did what I wanted, which was use Twinkle to leave a talkback message ... I need to redo the instructions to make that feasible, as Twinkle only works on actual user talk pages, not subpages, as my test just proved. Anyway, don't worry about it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I will rewrite that lesson soon, but for now, just finish any of the other tasks as best as you can, and then we'll move on. Go Phightins! 01:45, 7 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A cup of tea for you![edit]

Have some Earl Grey (although I doubt it is as good as when you make it) for your continuing to edit Wikipedia despite having a difficult start. Well done! Matty.007 19:06, 21 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A barnstar for you![edit]

The Anti-Vandalism Barnstar
Nice to see another user reverting vandals. It really is thankless and tedious, but at least you have this barnstar :-) Jamesx12345 19:42, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Justin.Parallax. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Two's Country".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Two's Country}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 08:52, 20 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Reverting changes[edit]

I think you may have got confused - I was reverting changes by an anonymous iP address. I've given up and reported the address for consistent vandalism. Which of my changes do you think you've reverted? Mandybrigwell (talk) 15:21, 1 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You appear to misunderstand at Deep Space Nine[edit]

Regarding your deletion of a stable, long time section of sourced material, I believe you misunderstand. The section regarding Babylon Five has been in the article for years. You note the discussion on the talk page from 2011, but there was no consensus to remove it, and the sourcing is valid. Again, the section removed by the IP using the term "cleanup" in an edit summary has been a stable feature of the article for years. The IP seeks to remove it with no discussion on the article talk page or their own, despite my attempts to engage in both spots. Suggest you restore and discuss on the talk page, as I keep suggesting. Thanks. Jusdafax 09:45, 22 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Seasons Greetings[edit]

Seasons Greetings

Christmas! Christmas, everywhere,
on every talk page, I do dispair
Seasons being greeted and Wikibreaks told,
but still time for a little more editing, for being WP:BOLD!
So go on, go forth and enjoy beyond concern
Your Wiki will be waiting for when you return.

Merry Christmas to a fellow UoP Alumni -- samtar whisper 00:08, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
