Okay, on the left side, you'll see a link for "Upload file" (under Tools). You may want to use the Wizard at first to get started. When it's uploaded, I can see it in your contributions and will tweak it with a fair-use rationale, if I can find one that fits. --McDoobAU93 14:54, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Pic and copyright tag look good. If possible, can you reduce the resolution of the pic? That's often a concern of fair-use pictures, that they should be low enough to not distort the image but not large enough for those who would use it for illicit purposes.
