Okay, basically for Paypal, Moneybookers, and Ebay, it's this

Ebay has previously stated that it is just a venue. After acquiring paypal it has become more than a venue by listing in auctions whether the buyer accepts paypal (no other payment options listed) and allowing buyers to sort by paypal. Next, sellers with Paypal accounts that have issues such as chargebacks or stolen cards from buyers result in their ebay accounts being closed as well. In August 2005, it required that sellers who take paypal not refuse credit card payments, which result in fees. Beginning in January 2006, ebay now prohibits any online payment system except Paypal, as stated here. Ebay only gives Bidpay.com as its alternative, a company that has already gone out of business before the policy. This singularly requires that online payments through ebay must use ebay's system, paypal. Questions of illegality and antitrust have been raised over this new rule. Ebay specifically prohibits E-gold, a legitimate competitor to Paypal. Ebay's new policy states that taking an online payment system other than paypal will result in their account being banned.

offtopic chit chat

Okay, so Friday I got a FedEx delivery and they delivered to the wrong address (I was checking on their website tracking info and later called them up). The truck later got it back and put a note on my door. Well they wouldn't come back until the next Tuesday, but luckily I could sign the note and they would leave the package if I was not home. So I was angry at FedEx (mostly because I didn't find the note until latter and partly because of the 4 day added wait). So I printed up a paper that said "FedEx Sucks". It had a picture of a damaged FedEx box under it. On that paper, I taped the fedex note all signed. Last Tuesday they delivered. I didn't hear any knocking on my door, just the loud engine of their truck. So I went to my door and saw the truck pulling away. I saw my paper "FedEx Sucks + (picture of broken FedEx package)". On the note the driver wrote "Thank you" and a sticker with my signature was removed. The package was delivered.

Hello, I'm the mediator assigned to the articles St. Stanislaus Kostka Church (Saint Louis) and Raymond Leo Burke. You tried to censor out my existence by blocking me for 72 hours after an edit (to Appalachian State University, linking to one of their more embarrassing promotional materials) that, while it may not have been in the best of judgment on my part, was not deserving of a block. It certainly wasn't "vandalism". You could have reverted my edit, and as I see, you did just that. I won't even comment on the Magic edit I made, because I was adding correct information: from an objective design-oriented perspective, the online version of the game is a disastrous failure, akin to E.T. for Atari. Almost certainly I know more about game design than you do.

While we are on the matter, you will probably want to remove Image:Frog_diamagnetic_levitation.jpg, this has apparently got a GNU licence, but seeing as its from the same site, and the only copyright information on the entire website states that for non commercial use only, the user was probably just making up the bit about the GNU licence... Sorry for the length; I’m long winded but want to be concise. This is my understanding from what I remember.

One is a verb, the other is a noun. 'employes' (proper: employs) or ‘employ’ means to put (someone/something) to work in the singular, or the plural, or when used in a certain Grammatical_tense or both.

Employs and Employes may be a continental difference in spelling like ‘disk / disc’ or ‘color / colour;’ or I just misread the sentence and it was a spelling mistake on the original author.

'Employee' (singular) or 'employees' (plural) the noun of the person who has been put to work by another. Even ‘employees’ (plural) and ‘employee’ (singular) can have different rights and treatment under the law.

  • Employ, employs (employes) is act of putting, will put, or has put someone/thing to work. Dependant on the sentence structure, ‘employed’ and ‘employing’ also are used.
    • “Acme will employ me to sell their devices.”
    • “Mr. Coyote employs many products of the Acme Company.”
    • “The Acme Company will employ many technicians.”
  • Employer is the person or entity who puts someone/thing to work.
    • “Acme is the employer of many.”
  • Employed is the state of the person or entity that has been put to work meaning he is actively working for another; and it can be either the active or inactive. It can be both present and past tense.
    • “I have been employed by Acme.”
    • “I will be employed by Acme.”
  • Employing is the current or future act of putting someone/thing to work.
    • “Acme is employing me.”
    • “Acme will be employing new employees.”
  • Employee, employees is (are) the person(s) or entities that working for another.
    • “George is an employee of Contoso.”
    • “Contoso has many employees working for them.”

It seems the article was suddenly marked FA, without me fixing the changes suggested in the latest nomination yet. Funny how FA works.
I had originally ignored the 150 cities fact you presented, thinking you were just a random person finding it on a random site. Has the tour actually been slightly shrunken since my press kit was made? I've eliminated the sentence about Sans and Santiero. The press kit made it sound like that was who they had for every production.
BTW, as a long-time sysops and Wikimedia communication committee member, I personally don't think that you editing stuff about SSL would be against WP:AUTO. It's simply to avoid people making . Suppose the National Enquirer released a story saying that a serial killer was playing Elmo, and the article referenced it, and you yanked it, to try and save your employer's face. Or if you went into the existing article, and started changing it to say "Sesame Street Live is the most fantastic stage presentation in the history of man-kind." That's basically the type of stuff AUTO protects us against. But pure factual errors like I made are totally free reign. How many shows SSL puts on the road is its equivalent to the "marital status, current employer, place of birth, and so on" mentioned in the "If Wikipedia already has an article about you" section.
Would you happen to have any photos of SSL, either during a production, a rehearsal, or even some of the performers of stage? (but still in costume of course) If you, or anyone on the tour you know, would mind donating an image or two under a free license, we do need to start replacing publicity pics and screenshots as much as possible. -- Zanimum 13:10, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
I have tons of pictures. I'm working 16 hour days putting together the upcoming tour -- when I'm actually out on the road I'll go through them and find some to upload. One concern that has stopped me from uploading them in the past is that I want to be very careful about copyright. I am normally careful about it anyway, and if I upload a photo on Wikipedia of SSL that isn't legal or appropriate, it could jeopardize my job. I'm not sure what the copyright issues surrounding a photo of the show or a photo of one of the characters are. I may post on some of the various image copyright pages for advice. I didn't presume you would put any inappropriate photos up, it's just I've seen so many photos from Sesame Place and other (non-VEE) touring shows like that, on various websites. Copyright-wise, as long as you acknowledge that VEE created the costumes, you're A-OK. The only restriction is that you can't upload to Wikimedia Commons technically, since it includes a copyrighten work within the image. Mind you, they haven't complained about the Oscar the Grouch puppet in the Smithsonian, or the Sesame Park (Canada's Sesame Street) puppet image, both of which are on Commons. Might be best to ask, still. Just to let you know, the article is set to be main paged sometime next month, so the sooner the better. -- Zanimum 15:17, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

Vandalism and 3RR

Hello admin. Technajunky keeps deleting sources and facts from the article Timur (in this case, it is a quote from the Encyclopaedia of Islam, which is one of the most reliable and authoritative sources in regard of Islamic history). Besides that, he has violated the 3RR. Please revert his changes and maybe block the article for a while. Thanks.

Santa Rosa, Arizona, etc

Please look at my comment on this page. Many of the towns in this area have both O'odham and English names, which are used by O'odham residents: the English names when speaking English and the O'odham when speaking O'odham.
