{{hangon}} This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Kris Ife, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://www.craftweb.org/web/kris/bio.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 12:33, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Kris Ife[edit]

A tag has been placed on Kris Ife requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

I don't see where else to put my comment so hope this will do. This is a newly written piece ! It may be similar to what's on the official Kris Ife website, but that's only because it's written by the same person. On top of that that person actually runs the official Kris Ife website and it is Kris himself who would likes to use the same wording.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion of Kris Ife[edit]

A tag has been placed on Kris Ife requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

September 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm DVdm. I noticed that you recently made an edit to Frank Zappa discography that seemed to be a test. Your test worked! If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Sorry, I have NO IDEA how to respond to your message, so I hope this will show up somehow. The change I made was moving the Mothermania album to the compilations section. Unfortunately something went wrong with the layout :/ Kollektionist (talk) 16:42, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed you reversed my change already. Incorrect, if y'ask me ! Mothermania IS a compilation ! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kollektionist (talkcontribs)

I made the move — see [1]. Row spanning parameters can be tricky. Cheers - DVdm (talk) 09:26, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Please note this edit, so let's keep it the way it is. Otherwise please discuss on talk page first. Cheers - DVdm (talk) 10:28, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I see that once again you changed back to a faulty situation. Fine. I'm not gonna bother with it anymore. You just give me ONE good reason why Mothermania should be in the regular albums section and not in the compilations section... Kollektionist (talk) 07:15, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you look carefully at the most recent edit to which I pointed in my previous message, you'll see that it wasn't me who changed it back. Someone else did. I largely agreed that it belonges in the compilation section -- see my most recent edit. Feel free to go to User talk:Friginator, or better yet, to the article talk page Talk:Frank Zappa discography. Good luck. - DVdm (talk) 07:36, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
