Discretionary sanctions

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Children names RFC

While I disagree with your stance on not including child names, I do support the idea of having a project wide RFC to put the issue to rest once and for all. Please let me know if you start one. JDDJS (talk to mesee what I've done) 22:32, 23 April 2020 (UTC)

Returning you back to the original post

@Rowan Forest: Hi,

You seem to have reverted edits relating to the most visible Mortal Engines mod project created by someone else. You seem to bolster the narrative spun around by User:BatteryIncluded in 2012 and even making personal attacks to the point of getting someone killed without even getting hurt, a homicide by any measure.

Please check this out:

You have been mentioned on Reddit, 4chan and 8kun (formerly 8chan). You seem to be protected by Reddit user JustARandommer (JAR), who has been mentioned on TheDonald.Win. It is only a matter of time before Vladimir Putin, Boris Johnson and Donald Trump take note of this.

And, stop crying and grow up. -- 2001:D08:D8:432E:C963:35A6:F82:5AFD (talk) 06:49, 17 April 2020 (UTC)

Do you even read what you type Bryan? Koncorde (talk) 07:33, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
Please, go and get help for your obsession, you are really not helping yourself and are beginning to draw a new crowd of people to laugh at you. Koncorde (talk) 03:26, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
Just to further document the harassment for anyone who actually follows any of his spam. Bryan has now posted a new "defence of his shit mod" but no defence for his harassment of multiple users for the last 7 years across multiple venues. 7 years of harassing multiple people on the internet. Why, Bryan?
And yes, I can see your posts on pol and VG. They are sad, terribly sad, and indicate that you have a troubled mind. Instead of hiding behind your "family" issues, perhaps you should instead admit what those issues were and go and seek professional help. You are not managing your illness. Koncorde (talk) 21:20, 19 April 2020 (UTC)
Hi Bryan. I can still see you posting over on David Icke's forum, and continued attempts to raise a "personal army" on POL. If, by your own claim, you are not ill and do not require any medical help or support from your family - you do realise that this just means you are crazy? Right? You do realise that nothing you type is actually sensible or coherent, and that even on Icke's forum they very quickly exited stage left to avoid listening to your waffle?
I am not sure your current efforts to politicise your grudge with 4chan and the like is going to work any better than your attempts elsewhere. Perhaps you should focus on completing your mod? The Hard Light forums have missed your contributions since 2018 and I am sure they would love an update. Koncorde (talk) 23:49, 24 April 2020 (UTC)

A shit mod for an old game, based on a movie IP only Bryan cares about

Hi, you may have been directed here by someone burbling utter shite on a forum, or message board, about Trump, Brexit, Boris.

The person that has sent you here is both a well known internet crank, and also likely mentally ill. Their seven+ year vendetta against numerous Wikipedia and Reddit editors is well documented, and they have even earned themselves an entry on Encyclopedia Dramatica. That they are continuing this shitpost is entertaining, and only serving to direct people to explanations of their own illness.

So, in case anyone is interested: I voted remain (my Reddit account will verify), and I voted Labour at 6/7 local and national elections, with a protest vote for Socialist Labour on one occasion during local elections. I do not support Gamergate, but that doesn't also mean I support the other "side" any more than me being not a fan of The Sims would mean I was a fan of Animal Crossing. What I am trying to say is that they were both likely shit - and I have no interest in finding out much about it beyond what is verifiable, and encyclopedic.

I hope they can get help. Koncorde (talk) 15:53, 25 April 2020 (UTC)
