Conan package manager moved to draftspace

And thank you for this and keeping the quality of Wikipedia high. I made the mistake of editing the file while you did this, and when I tried so save Wikipedia warned me the article was removed, so i re-created it with more information. It is not finished, so i do not mind it being a draft for now, I just don't know how to continue.
