I wanted to let you know that I just tagged George Hinksman for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
