Edit summaries[edit]

Hi Loudrocksurfer! Thanks for your recent contributions. When editing an article on Wikipedia you probably noticed there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary text box
The text written in the field will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature. Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. Thank you. Smooth Radio[edit]

Hi, I noticed you've been editing articles related to Smooth Radio and thought you might be interested in contributing to this discussion. As Smooth have effectively created a new station I think it would be worth creating a separate article for this. I notice you've made a start at Smooth Network, and think this could be developed further. TheRetroGuy (talk) 15:16, 6 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test on the page MTVNHD worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox instead. Thank you. October 2010[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Kerrang! 105.2. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Trafford09 (talk) 13:53, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Merry Hill Shopping Centre[edit]

Hi Unfortunately, I must ask you to delete the section on the Quest and it is blatant advertising and is not in keeping with the informative nature of the article.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
