How do you change a title of a page? The page that should be Subcommittee on Specialty Crops, Rural Development, and Foreign Agriculture is missing a "P" in develoPment (for the House Agriculture Committee) and is currently United States House Agriculture Subcommittee on Specialty Crops, Rural Develoment and Foreign Agriculture.
