Please don't move an article that is the subject of an ongoing RM, regardless of how the discussion is going. Instead, wait for an administrator or qualified non-admin to close the discussion; that editor will then move the page. Most RMs remain open for at least a week—just be patient. National Deaf Federation Nepal is the copyright owner (under its previous name, National Federation of the Deaf and Hearing Impaired). The same illustration exists in various other places (e.g. on calendars produced by the National Deaf Federation Nepal). All I believe are subject to the same copyright I may have filled out the Wikipedia copyright form incorrectly, but, as I think I stated there, I am academic adviser to the National Deaf Federation Nepal, in charge of Sign Language research and training. As such, I feel having the illustration available might be an important part of "training"... to individuals throughout Nepal with no other access to this information. And, the more people have access to this, the more likely they might be able to communicate -- even on a basic level with fingerspelling -- with Deaf, and the less handicapped Deaf will be as a result. Anyway, I have since asked the General Secretary of National Deaf federation Nepal, Mr K.P. Adhikari, if you it would be ok to use the illustration scan on various Wikipedia articles pertaining to Nepali Sign Language and the Deaf community, and he has given such approval.}}MWMKdu (talk)
