Speedy deletion nomination of Memini[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Memini requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. --Non-Dropframe talk 01:08, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Talkback[edit]

I would point you towards WP:NOTMEMORIAL. I would also suggest that you should make your article about the Memini website (if it meets the requirements of WP:WEB). If this page is deleted, as I expect it to be, I can show you a place where you can spend all the time you need getting your page up to snuff. Just leave me a message on my talk page. --Non-Dropframe talk 01:24, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Removing Speedy at Memini[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for taking the time to contribute.

I'm a bot designed by another Wikipedia editor, and I'm here to help you with our deletion process. I noticed that while working on an article recently, you removed a speedy deletion template that tagged it for deletion. Don't get discouraged! Deletion discussions happen on Wikipedia all the time.

If you don't want the article to get deleted, please click here.

The link will take you to the talk page, where you can explain why the article should be kept. If you have any questions about this or need help with editing, you can ask at the Help desk.

We really hope you'll stick around to help make Wikipedia better! Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 01:30, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Deletion[edit]

Wether it is deleted or not is now up to an admin. Here: User:Mandypiaf/page1 is a page that is a mirror image of your article. You can spend all the time you want here and it won't be deleted. Once you are satisfied that it conformes to all of the guidelines found at WP:ORG, you can move it into the article space and it will be live. If you need help with that, you can just send me a message on my talk page. Please understand that we are not trying to give you a hard time and personally, I find honor killings abhorrent and I am glad there is someone out there paying respects to the victims. Our goal is only to keep Wikipedia up to the standards expected of it and thus have rules and guidelines that some of us spend our time enforcing. Often we encounter vandals but you are clearly not among them. If I can do anything to help you, I will happily do so. --Non-Dropframe talk 02:58, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
