In response to your request I have restored Lee James (BBC) so that you can add references and demonstrate notability. Since you say you have references to add you should easily be able to add them in time to prevent the article being deleted again. (10 days are normally allowed for adding references to an unreferenced article about a living person.) You may like to look at the general notability guideline, the guideline on notability of people, and the guideline on reliable sources if you have not already done so, to get an idea what is needed. Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give BBC Stumped a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you. My rationale for this nomination is on the article talk page. In case it is deleted before you get to see it I am reproducing it here:

This article was previously nominated for deletion because it was a C&P move of BBC Stumped. Unfortunately the original was deleted so its history is no longer visible but that, too, had been nominated for deletion because it had been directly copied from a BBC article.

This version of the article, too, directly copies from the BBC article, following it word-for-word in places and with only minor alterations in the others. Because of its origin most of it is promotional rather than encyclopaedic and all the actually pertinent information about this radio show appears already inline at BBC_World_Service#Programming. "Stumped (radio)" does not seem to be a likely search term so I have not simply redirected to that page.
