Hi, the recent edit you made to Eastern tiger swallowtail has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. Hey, I moved your article

Just dropping you a note to say that I moved your article List of Buterflies of the North America to List of Butterflies of North America since the spelling and grammar had some mistakes. For the time being, the old page will automatically redirect the reader to the new page. Regards, SHEFFIELDSTEELTALK 17:48, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

Duplicate articles

Over the last short while you've created a number of articles which are simply copies of other articles. Please stop doing this, it's not helpful - if you want, you could create a redirect. Take a look at what I did to Plebejus acmon to see what I mean. --HughCharlesParker (talk - contribs) 12:55, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

Your edits to the butterfly articles

You might want to add {{inuse}} to the articles you are working on, so that others don't revert your edits while you are still gathering info. Thanks for contributing!!! Josh3580user / talk / hist 22:02, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

I can't really tell what you did here. I'm sure I'm just missing something or overlooking something but I was just wondering if you could tell me what you edited. Like I said It's probably right there in my face but I just can't seem to see it. Thanks --IvanTortuga (talk) 18:54, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Adopting US species into WP Lepidoptera

Good job, Megan.

I'm in the UK, but hope it's helpful to have quality assessed (I certainly appreciate others reviewing the UK species). Consequently, I tracked your NEW talk pages and assessed the associated articles—GRM (talk) 20:36, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

Just wondering why you took the range map off of the Polygonia comma page. I recently moved it from somewhere random in the page to the correct place in the taxobox. If the map had an error I would also make contact the maker of the map. But if there is no error in the map the map is very useful and should be put back. --IvanTortuga (talk) 16:09, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

Oh okay, that makes sense. Thanks for working on the map. -- IvanTortuga (talk) 17:29, 5 November 2008 (UTC)

Michigan/Indiana Butterflies

It would seem you and I are working on very similar articles. I just wanted to say if you ever need any help with a particular article feel free to ask. After all 2 people working on one article is better than one. Adios --IvanTortuga (talk) 21:16, 19 November 2008 (UTC)

Hey I just looked over your profile we have quite a bit in common! Just thought I'd add that on. --IvanTortuga (talk) 03:02, 17 July 2009 (UTC)

Template:Butterflies of Indiana has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for Deletion page. Thank you. Colchicum (talk) 02:03, 20 November 2008 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on File:Checkered White Megan McCarty04.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:File:Checkered White Megan McCarty04.jpg|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Good work & Limenitis arthemis

Great work. your contribs are awesome.

Thanks for partnering me for Lep Morph. I am ading basic info from a 1932 book on butterflies. Please amend, expand, correct, reference as suitable for Lepidoptera as a whole from your recent texts.

L. arthemis could do with a description esp as its polymorphic. Sexual dimorphism?

My vandalizing page. About that.....

Hi. I just want to tell you that my vandal page is for putting insults on. Think of a good insult and post it on there! It ain't a guest book. Oh, and also check this out. RtP (talk) 21:31, 28 August 2009 (UTC)

It didn't link to Robbie's page. I swear. I put the link to go towards my subpage, but I don't know why that would happen. I'll investigate. Oh, and from now on, reply on your talk page, not mine. RtP (talk) 00:31, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
I've resolved the issue and expanded the page find. Try to find it now! RtP (talk) 15:03, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

Your rollback request

I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe you can be trusted to use rollback correctly, and for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks.
