This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Argentine legistlative elections, 2009, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Argentine legislative election, 2009. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 15:24, 6 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Argentine elections[edit]

You have made a horrendous mess of these pages, and I have reverted all your edits. To clarify:

  1. Election articles are named in the singular - i.e. "Argentine legislative election, 2009"
  2. Elections held on the same date should generally be kept as one separate article. i.e. Argentine general election, 2011. I have objected to your article splitting, so you will need to get consensus to repeat these edits.
  3. When you move an article, you need to do it using the move tab. If this does not work, you must follow the WP:RM process. Do not cut the content from one article and paste it into another.

Thanks, Number 57 17:53, 6 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

No, you are the one making the mess. You are blocked anyway now, but if you are unblocked and make another cut and paste move, I will request that you be blocked again. If you want to move an article you MUST use the move tab or the WP:RM process. Number 57 21:17, 6 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
