Orphaned non-free media (Image:KLCB logo.gif)

Thanks for uploading Image:KLCB logo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:29, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

Something Interesting

Since you're interested in radio I thought you might like to look at this List of radio stations in Australia Kathleen.wright5 23:29, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

What to do about WWBW-LP ?

Where do I find information about the Format of the above station? I tried to put it into Category:Christian radio stations in the United States and Christian-org-stub like the others but Dravecky reverted me, with the wording "sourcing shows "religous" with no indications of denominational programming". I don't know where to find the evidence that it is a Christian radio station because I'm an Australian editor. Maybe you should deal with this instead of me. Kathleen.wright5 06:16, 12 April 2008 (UTC) Adelaide, South Australia

I'd say leave it as is, some times they are hard to figure out but I mostly look for the company or organization that owns the station as the key to what denomination it is. I'll check that one out. Milonica (talk) 18:25, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

Radio station article creation

Please refrain from creating radio station articles at the improper location, as you did with KCVI-FM and KBBN. The official callsigns of the stations are "KCVI" and "KBBN-FM" respectively and BOTH stations already has articles at KCVI (FM) and KBBN-FM. Thank you. JPG-GR (talk) 18:54, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

I created those articles after what was listed in their town's templates. The templates were clearly wrong, not me. I was not aware that those pages already existed.--Milonica (talk) 03:49, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Could you please add the above article (?) to your list - To expand. All there is at the moment is the Template and the Michigan radio stub. Kathleen.wright5 10:03, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

The problem with that article is that it already exists as a template elsewhere. It is a duplicate and therefore should be deleted.--Milonica (talk) 17:31, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

Your Morgan Spurlock picture

Hi! I noticed that the accompanying photo in Morgan Spurlock's article has him with a serious case of red-eye. Do you know how to Photoshop that out? If not, or if you don't have the time or interest, would you like me to? It would make it look better. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 00:00, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

Sure, I have no problems with you fixing it. It was very late at night when I took that picture so some of the red in his eyes likely wasn't just from the camera. Thanks! Milonica (talk) 00:57, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

Supposed Vandalism and Misjudgement

What's your problem? I know about the whole Edit Summary thing. If you actually looked at what I had edited (instead of hastily reverted) you would of noticed that i undid some Vandalism, (which, unless I'm mistaken, Wikipedia doesn't want). Look in the History for yourself! 67.171.162.40 (talk) 01:43, 15 May 2008 (UTC)

My bad, I looked at it again. I was going through all the recent IP edits with my antivandal tool and I mistook your reversion for vandalism when the previous registered user had done it. Sorry, it was an honest mistake.Milonica (talk) 03:40, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
No problem, sorry about over-reacting. 67.171.162.40 (talk) 04:29, 15 May 2008 (UTC)

vandalism

I reverted the vandal-tastic edit to your userpage; just thought you'd like to know. Ironholds 01:59, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

No problem :). The way i see it they'll eventually get bored and leave. Ironholds 09:13, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

AfD (personal attack) nomination of MILOFM

I have nominated MILOFM, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/MILOFM. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? JPG-GR (talk) 21:10, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

Removing warnings from other talk pages

While you may feel that User:JPG-GR is leaving spurious warnings on User talk:Radiolbx, it's not up to you to remove them, especially when they're warranted for comments such as this. Please read the comment I've left on Radiolbx's page; if there's an ongoing issue, use dispute resolution. Thanks. Tony Fox (arf!) 21:05, 11 June 2008 (UTC)

I apologize, I was unaware of the comment he had made on JPG-GR's talk page. Specifically, this one. I thought he had received the warning for another issue, which is between JPG-GR and I, and has nothing to do with Radio. Milonica (talk) 22:21, 11 June 2008 (UTC)

St. George Radio

Did you work in St. George Radio? Who did you work for? You know so much about the history of KZNU I wonder if I know you. Manway (talk) 05:12, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

I haven't ever worked for a radio station or anywhere in St. George, at least to my knowledge. Most of that info isn't things I added, so I'm not exactly sure which you are referring to. Milonica (talk) 05:16, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
Thanks - I worked for Bybee/Kjar/Whipple at 1450 KDLX. Just wondering. Appreciate the response. Manway (talk) 05:22, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
No problem. Now we need to find a source for all of that information :D. Milonica (talk) 05:25, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
It's actually pretty much correct - but a callsign change was omitted that I can say for certainty happened - I was there when the ownership change occurred from B/K/W to London/Skinner. I think I'll add that back. Manway (talk) 05:27, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
I just did a little cleanup to it.Milonica (talk) 05:28, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

Idaho radio stations

As I believe you are one of the editors in the process of mass-creating radio station articles from the state lists, you might be interested to know that List of radio stations in Idaho has recently been updated and there a few newly added LP stations that don't yet have articles. JPG-GR (talk) 03:23, 15 June 2008 (UTC)

Working on them now, thanks!--Milonica (talk) 03:25, 15 June 2008 (UTC)

George Noory edit

Hello,

First I'd to express to you my appreciation that you donate your time to Wikipedia. I'd also like to compliment you on your taste in movies, the Dude abides! Now down to business. Why do you feel that adding the fact that George Noory makes reference to St. Louis numerous times during his show not worthy of being in his article? I assure you that there was no vandalism meant-it's the truth. He is quite proud of St. Louis and loves to promote it whenever he can. What makes this point of information any less relevant than, from George Noory's Wikipedia article, "Noory is a Roman Catholic of Lebanese descent... Noory's family is said to be of Lebanese Christian descent...According to Noory, he was brought up as a Roman Catholic and his mother was a devout Catholic." If you want to do some editing in this article, then clean up the redundancies there. Noory's on air style is something that some find interesting about the man. I speak to other fans and (among other things) we discuss his penchant to mention St. Louis during conversations multiple times per show. In fact, we came up with a drinking game where you have to drink when he says St. Louis! Try it-only if you're off the next day though!

From "Wikipedia:Vandalism" "Any good-faith effort to improve the encyclopedia, even if misguided or ill-considered, is not vandalism. Even harmful edits that are not explicitly made in bad faith are not considered vandalism." Since I found a link to this in your personal article, why don't you abide by it? Perhaps because you deemed my edit, not worthy, you removed it. This reason is unacceptable by Wikipedia's standard as stated above. I find it interesting that you state, from "User:Milonica" "...that I just wish there was a little more freedom, and I wish some editors would stop acting like admins when they aren't" while stating in the same article "...(I)will not hesitate to revert blatant vandalism and if its persistent, you will be blocked. This includes IP vandals and user vandals." Was my contribution "blatant vandalism"? No it's not. Was it in "bad faith"? No. It's the truth, and as such deserves to be in the article. I also call on you to ponder your statement, "...I wish people would stop making it (Wikipedia)such a anti-edit place" and think of the consequences of censorship. Check out this link: http://www.ncac.org/home.cfm I plan on putting my contribution back in the article. I look forward to reading your response.

Kind regards,

The unfortunate thing is that that article has seen a fair share number of vandalism attacks. I apologize for removing your good faith edit, please add it back in. I watch that page like a hawk and must not have read the difference when I clicked revert. Sorry, my bad. Go ahead and add it back in. Milonica (talk) 19:16, 21 June 2008 (UTC)
I have taken it upon myself to revert my edits. Your edit has been restored. Also, you quoted my user page above. That was written when I was frustrated over a situation that dealt with another user. The user was reverting my edits left and right and attacking my defense. I don't like it when users attack other users. Reverting your edit was not an attack against you. Please accept my apology if it came across that way. Happy editing! Milonica (talk) 19:20, 21 June 2008 (UTC)
