Devon Windsor - heads up on sourcing[edit]

Hi MirandaKeurr! Just noticed your new article on Devon Windsor. You REALLY must add citations to the article as it is a biography of a living person, and all WP:BLPs MUST have citations/rock solid sourcing to show their notability. You may find it gets nominated for deletion due to lack of sources, so please add some in as a matter of priority. Mabalu (talk) 18:51, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I know that I must add sources, I created the article and meant to add some later. But I can't do it right now as I am profoundly chocked by what happened in my country (I'm French). But I will sure do it later. For now I'm just gonna add a few without using the cite web template and I will fix this later. --MirandaKeurr (talk) 16:58, 8 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Belated thanks for doing so! Mabalu (talk) 12:45, 13 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Message from an ip[edit]

Hi. looking at this from an outside perspective, I beleive the edits made by the ip user to this artical were done well, as the 'fashion model directory' source with measurements and eye color are wrong according to the models management and agents webpage. I think your edit should be reverted as the sourcing is clearly wrong and that is verifiable via the agency source. It seems clear that the ip editor not only acted in good faith from reading his talk page and discussions with other editors but also referenced the best possible source which is the model's agent, which was added in the external links. 172.56.18.98 (talk) 16:23, 10 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I assume you are talking about Anna Ewers. I have no doubt this ip acted in good faith. However FMD is considered the most reliable source in terms of models measurements. It's a database but it's run by journalists. Also, one of her others agency confirms what FMD says (see here), as well as Vogue Paris (here) and Elle (here) so it's better to keep the informations which are mostly considered true. Plus, know that there is always a difference from an agency to another (this one, this one and this one all have different measurements). Another thing is that putting something on the external link section doesn't mean sourcing, these are just useful external links. By the way the ip deleted FMD and Models.com which should be on every model's page and replaced it by Instagram even thought social medias are forbidden on wikipedia and his/her website which I'm not sure wether it's reliable or not as it seems that the person(s) who run it just copy and paste wikipedia. You talked about the model's agency as the "best possible source" but this kind of link is never considered that way, good sources are from famous fashion magazines (Vogue, Numéro, Interview, The Cut for New York, L'Officiel etc.) or any kind of magazines (The New York Times, Le Monde) but it's harder to find this kind of source for a model. --MirandaKeurr (talk) 23:58, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Great new articles on Jarrar and Vauthier![edit]

Nice work! Please do remember to add future biographical articles on designers to List of fashion designers. Mabalu (talk) 17:56, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you ! I didn't know about this page, now if I write any article about a fashion designer, I'll remember to add it there. --MirandaKeurr (talk) 18:37, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you MirandaKeurr[edit]

Thank you for correcting my mistake in my article!!!!! I have checked that Ming Xi is not a VS's angel. I misunderstood the meaning of that. Anyway, thank you so much.Yulu Lei (talk) 02:57, 26 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You're welcome! But you know, a lot of journalists misunderstand what a VS angel is so it is commons to see articles in which random models are called VS angels. If this is a subject that interests you, you can find all of them listed on the Victoria's Secret article. MirandaKeurr (talk) 18:24, 26 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

So guess who hasn't been added to the VS Angel line-up[edit]

Still believe I know nothing? XX 86.77.149.77 (talk) 22:09, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Tagged[edit]

Why have you tagged my article? It meets all Wiki rules. Missjws (talk) 10:38, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Your article wasn't categorized but you fixed it. However I'm adding {{BLP sources|date=August 2015}} again because the article needs sources, meaning articles from magazines or websites, books etc. You only added 4 references, including Youtube and Soundcloud which are social medias so they are not sources, and the artist's official website is not considered a good source neither. As it is a music-related article, I suggest you search sources on the websites of music magazines. MirandaKeurr (talk) 12:02, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I found more sources and added them. Thank you for your help. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Missjws (talkcontribs) 12:52, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Merging English and British YouTubers[edit]

Hi there. What would be your opinion on merging the English and British YouTubers category? The British category has only 4 members. Many of those in the English cat have specifically identified as British. AusLondonder (talk) 09:33, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Most of the time there is an English category inside of the British one so that's why I created the English category but I have the same opinion as you about British having few entries. So yes, I'm totally for merging these two. MirandaKeurr (talk) 11:10, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your reply. If you want to merge the cats you can use C2E at WP:CFDS. If you don't know how to do this, let me know and I can do this for you and tag you in it. :) AusLondonder (talk) 23:31, 14 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know how to do that and would usually try to figure it out but as I'm really busy now I would appreciate if you could to it. I will try to figure out how this page works later on in case I need it again someday. MirandaKeurr (talk) 17:31, 17 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Minor edits[edit]

Please refrain from using the "minor edit" marking when adding content, such as you have recently done to the year-articles (1995, etc.) Marking it as a minor edit means you corrected a spelling error, reverted vandalism, or format fixing. Adding wikilinks is minor, such as adding the brackets to an existing name/word, but not adding an entry. Please have a look at Help:Minor edit for more information.--☾Loriendrew☽ (ring-ring) 21:47, 19 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for November 6[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. A tag has been placed on Category:Icelandic YouTubers requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Request for some help[edit]

Greetings,

It seems you have earlier worked on article Cindy Bruna.

I have worked on a biography stub of a female visual artist of Pakistani origin namely, Draft:Misha Japanwala and I wish to bring the same to main space as a stub only.

Requesting your help in preliminary reviewing of notability at your own level, some copy edit and bringing in to main space if you deem the same correct course of action.

Thanks and warm regards
