Userpage vandal

I think User:203.59.51.234 is upset that you're removing their POV edits from Toni Pearen. I think s/he must have been editing from another IP, since 203.59.51.234's first edits were userpage vandalism. Dave6 talk 20:28, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

AfD nomination of List of Spectrobes

An editor has nominated List of Spectrobes, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Spectrobes and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. Frank Jasper (Vision Quest) Article Scheduled For Deletion

Hi there, You have shown through your contributions that you're a fan of the 1980s movie "Vision Quest". I created an article on actor Frank Jasper who played the villian, Brian Shute, in the movie. I've also included information about what Dr. Jasper is doing now. Many people have wondered through Wikipedia and Imdb whatever happened to him, and I've tried to put this information out there for everyone. Unfortunately, some people think the article should be deleted for whatever reason. If you loved the movie as much as I did, please go to this link and voice your support before the article is deleted. Thanks a lot. I would appreciate your support very much.

Regarding edits to Gyakuten Saiban 4

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, Misterkillboy! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the link you added, matching rule play-asia\.com, is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia's external links guidelines for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Notability of Candice Falzon

A tag has been placed on Candice Falzon, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. —68.239.79.82 14:41, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

Warning: Candice Falzon lacks WP:A to establish WP:BIO

Wikipedia articles must be based on reliable sources to verify any claims of Notability ... without them, an article is just original research, which is prohibited by official policy.

In the opinion of many New Page Patrol editors, articles with absolutely no sources (or only links to unreliable ones like MySpace, Google, and Amazon.com) are prime candidates for speedy deletion on that basis alone.

Just in case your article has already been deleted by the time you see this message, please read What to do after your speedy delete has been restored to better understand what has happened, and your options for recovery and continuing development of your article.

Please read Wikipedia's official policies and guidelines that contain the specific notability criteria for Notability (people) (WP:BIO) and Biographies of Living Persons (WP:BLP) for further information ... if you have written this article about yourself or a close relative, then you also need to read both Autobiography (WP:AUTO) and Conflict of interest (WP:COI).

Happy Editing! —68.239.79.82 14:41, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

I can see from the logs that you have not revisited this article since you crated it on 5 May 2007 ... rather than tag it for speedy deletion while I thought that you might still be adding to it, I merely left a {{Notability}} tag, and flagged the unreferenced assertion,

her athletic career has seen her win 10 New South Wales state Ironwomen titles, and 6 Australian medals.[citation needed]

I also left Category templates for "Date of birth missing" and "Place of birth missing", and then I moved on ... today stumbled across it again, and I did my WikiGnome thing by replacing the explicit external link in the sole reference with a {{cite news}} that used the URL provided.

Unfortunately, an article that only talks about "her scandalous tryst with rugby league star Sonny Bill Williams in a Sydney hotel toilet," and an external link to the subject's own website, are hardly sufficient WP:Attribution to satisfy WP:Biographies of living persons criteria and demonstrate the subject's WP:Notability.

That's why I'm putting a {{db-bio}} on it today, following the protocols I have developed to try to keep the speedy deletion process from being Too Hasty ... please see What to do when a speedy delete tag is removed, which documents the main protocol and explains what you can expect to happen next.

Happy Editing! —68.239.79.82 14:41, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

Already deleted!

Well, I tagged the article after leaving the messages, made a sandwich and ate it, and came back to find that Candice Falzon had been zapped! The log shows:

So that's who you should contact if you want to try to get it restored. —68.239.79.82 15:55, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Category:Life (TV series) episodes, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Category:Life (TV series) episodes has been empty for at least four days, and its only content has been links to parent categories. (CSD C1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Category:Life (TV series) episodes, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Deleting User Pages

Just a heads up, I reverted your reverts on User_talk:Lawman_1476 via the essay WP:DRC and more importantly, the policy WP:User_page#Removal_of_comments.2C_warnings which clearly state that users may freely delete any text on their own talk pages. It is their decision what belongs and what doesn't, this includes being able to delete warnings. Pharmboy (talk) 16:15, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

Biggest loser

Hey I noticed you made a few edits to the article for The Biggest Loser Australia (Season 3) and thought you might like to add to the dispute on the discussion page. User:Josh710 keeps reverting edits and removing information, adding his own information which is poorly written and messing up the consistency set out by the previous two seasons. I can't seem to explain clearly that the article is being messed up. Do you know the process to get it sorted out civilly? Cheers. Peter (talk) 03:04, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Heroic bloodshed

I have nominated Heroic bloodshed, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Heroic bloodshed. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. A-Team film

Nice job adding the sourced additions to the film section in the A-Team article. If we keep getting good sources to add info from, we'll probably be able to recreate the film page soon, especially once it appears the project is a definite go. - BillCJ (talk) 10:09, 30 March 2008 (UTC)

Do you know of a secondary WP:RS/WP:V source for the Livejournal hoax? Best not to cite Livejournal itself for info on Livejournal - we couldn't really build an entire article on Livejournal just sourced to Livejournal, so best to have that same standard for this piece of info. Cirt (talk) 09:30, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

Nevermind, I added a better source, if a better one comes out, will replace that one too. Cirt (talk) 10:18, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Australia's Got Talent 08.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:Australia's Got Talent 08.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:09, 6 May 2008 (UTC)

Bit Generations

That's a fair argument. I believe Bit Generations isn't quite notable enough to be separate - Nintendo has shown intent on remaking Bit Generations titles under the label. It's often practiced where people will merge two things that are merely related to each other, and I would think that Bit Generations is fairly related. - A Link to the Past (talk) 21:15, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image (File:Lotterywest logo.gif)

You've uploaded File:Lotterywest logo.gif, and indicated that it's used under Wikipedia's rules for non-free images. However, it's not presently used in any articles. Wikipedia policy requires that non-free images be either used or deleted, so if this image isn't used in an article in the next week, it will be deleted.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 00:14, 6 January 2009 (UTC)

Bakutan or Bomb Tapper

Is the WiiWare title Bakutan planned for release as Bomb Tapper outside Japan? If not, should Bomb Tapper be highlighted between parenthesis after Bakutan as a translation like Kappa-kun to Asobou or Minna de Asobou. Ratengo (talk) 20:49, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

Here is Bakutan's official site (which seems not working just now). I will change back to Bakutan with Bomb Tapper between parenthesis. Ratengo (talk) 01:23, 2 February 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for your contributions re: cricket 96/97.
