A tag has been placed on Alexandar Turunje requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. re: Your Message[edit]

Hi Mkd07, I've left a response to your message on my talk page -- Marek.69 talk 01:41, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Mkd07, your edits to Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Stub types/History have been reverted. The stub templates and categories you listed do not exist, and have not been proposed. If you wish to propose new stub templates or categories, please do so at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Proposals - do not simply add non-existent entries to that project's stub-type list. Thank you. Grutness...wha? 01:49, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Macedonian Australian[edit]

Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to Macedonian Australian. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains under way. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Ethnic group articles are entitled in singular, not plural form. This was discussed in length on talk page Kransky (talk) 00:46, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In Wikipedia we name things in their singular form, not plural, regardless if they are cats, apples, bulldozers or Macedonian Australians. See WP:SINGULAR. Kransky (talk) 05:52, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File copyright problem with File:Mechkin Kamen.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Mechkin Kamen.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. FASTILY (TALK) 20:58, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Georgi Sugarev[edit]

An article is not allowed to have redlinked categories on it — the red link means that the category does not exist. If you want the {{uncat}} tag to come off Georgi Sugarev, you need to find and add categories that actually exist. Bearcat (talk) 20:48, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Metody Patchev[edit]

If you want the {{uncat}} tag off the article, then the onus is on you to learn how to categorize articles properly. If you keep adding weird nonsense that doesn't even vaguely resemble proper category tags, the article is going to keep getting retagged as uncategorized again and again — if you want it to stop, then categorize the article properly. Dealing with hoaxes[edit]

Please, stop creating hoaxes and provide reliable sources on your articles. At the beginning of the 20-th cetury ethnic Macedonians still didn't exist. Some battles you have described, as you did with the Battle of Skopje (1903) even didn't ever occured! Jingby (talk) 15:36, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Battle of Skopje (1903) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear hoax infringement. Such battle never occured and you also didn't provide any source about it. I have checke the literature on the Ilinden uprising. In the Skopie revolutionary district, the revolutionary activity during the Ilinden uprising was symbolic. In the area IMRO was totally unprepared for military actions and failed to gain support among the local population. Regs! Jingby (talk) 16:33, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Tome Egumenoski has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one reliable source that directly supports material in the article. The nominator also raised the following concern:

All biographies of living people created after March 18, 2010, must have references.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Some advice: references and notability[edit]

References: as you will see from two notices above, articles about living people are required to have at least one reference to confirm what they say, and will be deleted in ten days if none is provided. For Petar Egumenovski I tried to find one in the Faculty page on the University website, but he is not listed there. I have "moved" the article to a new title so that his surname comes second, which is the standard for biographical articles.

The Faculty already has an article at Faculty of Agricultural Science and Food in Skopje.

Notability: as an encyclopedia, Wikipedia is selective about article subjects: the criterion is called WP:Notability, and is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. For academics, the standard is explained at WP:Notability (academics) and for authors at WP:AUTHOR. It is not clear to me that either Petar or Tome meets this standard: please add references to show it, if you can. Before making a Wikipedia article about someone, it is well to be sure that they do met the notability standard, because it can cause embarrassment if an article is deleted and, for a time afterwards, a Google search for the name shows the deletion notice saying that the article has been deleted and the reason.

A small point: "Catergory" is a mis-spelling of "Category".

Scupi was never included in Macedonia Secunda. Scupi became the capital of Dardania, which extended from Naissus to Bylazora in the second century BC. It is not clear when the Romans conquered Dardania and it seems quite probable that the Dardani actually lost independence in 28 BC.Scupi grew up as colony of legionnaires, mainly veterans of the Legio IIV Claudia in the time of Domitian (81-96 AD), even though several legions of the Crassus' army of 29-28 BC, may already have been stationed there, before the official imperial command in this area was instituted. Scupi was included in Moesia Superior after the province was formed in 6 AD. From 272 AD, it was colony inside the Roman province of Dardania after Dardania was established. Scupi was ravaged several times by barbarians, in 269 AD by the Goths, in 5th century AD by the Huns and finally in the year 518 AD was completely destroyed by an earthquake. Regards. Removing Speedy at Akamir[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for taking the time to contribute.

I'm a bot designed by another Wikipedia editor, and I'm here to help you with our deletion process. I noticed that while working on an article recently, you removed a speedy deletion template that tagged it for deletion. Don't get discouraged! Deletion discussions happen on Wikipedia all the time.

If you don't want the article to get deleted, please click here.

The link will take you to the talk page, where you can explain why the article should be kept. If you have any questions about this or need help with editing, you can ask at the Help desk.

We really hope you'll stick around to help make Wikipedia better! Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 07:45, 4 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Akamir. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 07:47, 4 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Belzetia confusion[edit]

Hi Mkd, I'm not sure if there's been a misunderstanding about what needed to be done - or what the problem was but I've: 1) Squared away the disambiguation issue. Disambiguation is a term for a particular page that is not an article page, but is a page that provides a list of articles for a specific word or term, such as Avars. If you click on Avars, you'll see what I mean. Articles should not have links to disambiguation pages... cause it will just confuse the reader. Instead, the correct article name should be used to route the reader to the correct place. If you have a chance to take a look at the change I made, that would be great!!! 2) It seems the link that you keep adding to the article acts like a virus. It definitely doesn't seem to route to a regular web page. I could be missing something though, like maybe the link has a typo. Are you trying to do something there that is helpful for the article?

Please let me know if I can help in some way.--CaroleHenson (talk) 08:23, 5 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Belzetia. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Belzetia is only attested once, in 799. It has nothing to do with ancient Aeolia, and since it is a hapax we cannot possibly know anything of its history to be able to tell in which periods it was under Byzantine sovereignty. Judging by the wrong information and fake referencing you gave in Akamir, citing Setton for things that were not in his paper, or this ludicrous edit, this is deliberate in pursuit of some nationalist agenda. Please stop. Constantine 08:09, 8 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
