why are you deleting my information? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Luispaucho (talkcontribs) 00:46, 4 January 2022 (UTC)

@Luispaucho: Because your edits weren't sourced and were not written in a neutral point of view. Please read these Wikipedia policies: WP:RS, WP:V, WP:NPOV. --My Pants Metal (talk) 12:48, 4 January 2022 (UTC)

Explanation Requested for Edits Being Reverted.

Hello,

Could you provide me with an explanation as to why the information placed in the "Intellivision Entertainment" section of Tommy Tallarico [1] needs to be there? It seems that the information in the second paragraph blatantly disregards Wikipedia's own polices on Vandalism. [2] Thanks for your time.

Hello, I'm Serge, an admin here on Wikipedia. While I appreciate your efforts in editing on a general sense, I'm a bit concerned that you're not only reverting content like this back into articles, but even warning editors about removing it. That content as absolutely not appropriate for a WP:BLP, whether it be the tone of the writing, the content itself, or the fact that it's uses strongly unreliable sources like Reddit or YouTube on many of its points. Hopefully this was just a case of not looking closely enough at what you're reverting? Because it's not even close to appropriate. Sergecross73 msg me 16:48, 22 January 2022 (UTC)

ATHEMOO and Juli Burk

Hi My Pants Metal,

You contacted me about my recent addition to the ATHEMOO entry. I did not include a citation because I am the Juli Burk who created ATHEMOO. Your message made me laugh, though, because in this digital age (as many have argued) you can be whoever you want! That very fact is why I will also provide you with a citation from Wikipedia itself

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_MUDs

This approved Wikipedia entry shows that I am, in fact, the creator and founder of ATHEMOO.

Please return my addition to the official ATHEMOO entry and let me know when you have done so. As I add other details to the entry, I am going to be including information that isn’t necessarily in an article or book. In these cases I will cite myself and add the citation of the above Wiki entry that establishes who I am. If there is another paradigm for how to “prove” the validity of my statements, please do not hesitate to point it out to me.

I am glad that Wikipedia, through you and others like you, ensures the veracity of statements in its entries. I thank you for that.

Warmly, Juli
