Changing dates in maintenance tags[edit]

Hi, I reverted one of your edits to Victoria Island, Lagos because you changed the date of the {{More citations needed}} tag. The purpose of these dates is to track which articles have had issues for the longest, so they should generally not be changed. However, this guideline does not apply to the "invisible" tags like {{Use dmy dates}} or {{EngvarB}}. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Thanks!
