The only edit I reverted of yours is the removal of maintenance templates without even attempting to properly justify the reason for their removal or attempting to fix the concerns raised. I however did look at your edit history and noticed you have only ever edited this one article which is normally very indicative of an editor with a Conflict of Interest. @Mcmatter I'm very interested in the field of mastering and you're right I have been focused on this engineer because his body of work is impressive to me. I was just wanted to work with you on giving you what you need to remove the tag. The tag said, short description, so I added short description of what a mastering engineer did and you removed it. The tag say nothing about the short description the tags refer to the tone of the article and the long list of awards which don't actually belong to the subject, that requires to be trimmed. The Short description template that you can only see in the edit window is for accessibility reasons so that someone with a certain type of viewer can get a short description on the subject. @Mcmatter I see, I though the "short description" written in the template was asking for a short description of what an audio engineer did, as in a position.

Also, you stated that "the long list of awards which don't actually belong to the subject".

You are incorrect. The awards do belong to the subject.

What additional information do you need besides siting source? So, that I can better assist you?

@Mcmatter Im so sorry but you are incorrect. You wrote that he was not a part of the band. That part is correct.

You are incorrect with him being credited. He earned Grammy's for working on the album as a mastering engineer. And, I all of this is cited. I even cited a document from the official Grammys.

So the reference provided supports my claim that he did not receive a Grammy for most of the pieces listed. He received a certificate if a piece he performed a certain amount of work on won an award and only for albums not individual recordings or performances. I also feel you are not grasping what certificates are and why they are giving. So I will explain this to you in the most simplest way that I know how. They’re usually 10 to 12 songs on an album. Each of those songs could possibly have seven engineers working on it. Mixers, recording, and etc.

The Recording Academy/Grammys cannot print 70 statues for one album-for JUST the engineers work on one album. that would be 70 statues given out before they even given them to the artist.

That would be very costly and unmanageable, logistics wise.

So instead, engineers receive the certificates. Except for the exceptions that I listed on the page explaining that.

Earning a nomination/ winning certificate is the exact same thing as winning a statue.

So, you’re bearing a false claim and false tag because you don’t understand how it works. I feel that’s inappropriate. And, you keep deleting my pertinent information.
