Hi! It's always cool to see new additions to the encyclopedia, but an article on Michelle de Kretser already existed, at a title with one differing capital letter. I've redirected the page for you; it's good for catching typos anyway, and you are very welcome -- nay, encouraged -- to continue your efforts at the existing article. Happy editing, and thanks again for wanting to help build the encyclopedia! Tuvok[T@lk/Improve] 13:11, 28 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Two things here. It's fine to remove the claim of a retraction, but not to add a statement that there was no retraction unless the TOI actually said they weren't making a retraction. The claim of no retraction would be based on your own research reading the TOI (every page, retractions get buried) and isn't allowed as per WP:OR. 'Not quite true' just referred to the fact that the author of the story, in his followup, implicitly admitted that SIT wasn't actually in the court presenting the report. Please read WP:BLP, we expect very, very good sources for biographies of living people for anything contentious. Dougweller (talk) 11:28, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
