I can only make assumptions since I'm not a checkuser, and I can only be to a certain level of detail in my response, since I'm obligated to protect one's privacy. But you look to have been found to be the person that was vandalizing an article, then coming back to remove it. Administrators cannot modify blocks by checkusers, but even if it wasn't placed as a checkuser block.... lol... dude just admit it... you got caught. Request reason:

I initially wasn't going to appeal here a second time, but I figured I might as well give it another shot. This block undoubtedly violates the blocking policy, because I didn't do anything wrong. Quoting from WP:NICETRY: * "Understand what you did and why you have been blocked" - well, there is nothing to understand about why I have been blocked, because I didn't do anything block-worthy in the first place. * "Address the blocking administrator's concerns about your conduct (the reason given for your block)" - well, the reason for my block is highly unclear since the blocking admin didn't actually give a specific concern or reason, and therefore there's nothing I can address. Given the above two facts, I would like to be unblocked at this time. If you do not feel comfortable unblocking me, I would appreciate it greatly if you could point to specific policies that I have violated and update my block reason to reflect those violations. This is a checkuser block. Which typically means that you're blocked for sockpuppetry. Unfortunately the data regarding this is limited to a very small group, and is non-public per our privacy policy. If it were me, I would contact the arbitration committee using this page, as they are in charge of the checkusers. Please be advised that regular admins are not permitted to lift this block. As a complete aside to the above issues, please stop signing your edits as Catalan (or modify your autosignature to not do so).
