1. Make suggested corrections from Chalk site regarding figure. Be sure to focus on the key portion of the enzyme for our course rather than the entire structure 2. "five important intermediate" --intermediate should be plural 3. always use proper bond angles in chemdraw structures 4. a figure would be very helpful for explaining the different conformational states. likewise, while not essential, you might consider a scheme for the full catalytic mechanism, perhaps including these conformational states. 5. "the mechanism of this enzyme is stepwise and steady-state random" this is very, very technical, and not appropriate for wikipedia. 6. "The acidity of the targeted nitrogen on the substrate" i'm not sure what this is referring to. number atoms in chemdraw figure and refer to numbering scheme.
