There are two references about the appointment of Zubiri as president pro tempore of Senate on June 29. But the term of Recto ended on the 30th, so I am just confused on it. http://legacy.senate.gov.ph/photo_release/2022/0601_14.asp and https://www.cnnphilippines.com/news/2022/6/1/Zubiri-Senate-President-Pro-Tempore.html, while the page of President pro tempore of the Senate of the Philippines says that June 29 was the date.
