Cheers Matey! (For a touch of Australian piracy), The cod sounds absolutely divine. How frightfully appropriate for a day such as this. In fact it sounds "quite refreshing." I personally prefer my cod blackened to a deep shade of ebony, as in the coloring which "sounds like bones." Such a repast reminds me of my days playing with the little muskie. And then devouring him as he would shout, "don't cry for me." To be perfefctly honest, anything that tastes chicken-esque would be just fine at this point.
