A tag has been placed on Ochuko Tonukari requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Amsaim (talk) 11:55, 24 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, but this is recreation of an article deleted pursuant to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ochuko Tonukari. If you feel this is sufficiently improved to recreate the article please appeal at WP:DRV. My opinion is it is not sufficiently improved in terms of sourcing and notability. Please see links on boiler plate below. Thanks Dlohcierekim 01:47, 25 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion
Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia.
I'm sorry, but this has been deleted as meeting WP:CSD. Generally, articles are speedily deleted when there is no assertion of significance or they fall into things to avoid.
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written about the subject. Searching Google is the best place to start. Sometimes articles are deleted because they contain content copyrighted elsewhere. Such content can be used as a source of information, but the content here must be completely rewritten from scratch. Any deficiencies with notability, sourcing, or things to avoid should be remedied before reposting as they can lead to repeated deletions.
For basic information on beginning to write an article see User:Dloh/new.
Sourcing is incredibly important for an encyclopedia. You will need reliable sources providing verifiable information. Be sure to list your sources at the bottom of the article.
For more general information about the deletion process, please see User:Dlohcierekim/deletion
If you believe the subject does in fact meet notability guidelines with reliable sources providing verifiable information, please contact me on my talk page.
If you wish to make test edits or work on the article before creating it, you can create a test page at User:Okemutie/sandbox and consider using the Article Wizard to guide you through the creation process. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page
Cheers, and happy editing. Dlohcierekim 01:47, 25 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits at the Isiokolo article[edit]

Hi there. Please take note that the Nigerian town "Isiokolo" is spelled with an "L", and this is the version that is being officially used by the Nigerian Government and the Press (check here and here). The historical name "Isiokoro" is no longer in use. The historical name Isiokoro can however be mentioned in the article text (see here). According to Wikipedia's Policy on article titles, "...all significant alternative titles, names, or forms of names that apply to a specific article should be made to redirect to that article." Please do not revert back to the old historical name. Thank you. Amsaim (talk) 19:09, 25 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article International Scholars Journals has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable publisher. No independent reliable sources. Only notable feat is inclusion on Beall's list of predatory publishers. Does not meet WP:GNG.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A tag has been placed on International Scholars Journals, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Disruptive editing[edit]

Hi, Repeatedly creating articles on inappropriate subjects really is disruptive. Please stop creating articles about yourself or about International Scholars Journals and its journals. International Scholars Journals is a predatory publisher of fake journals. If they get any worse, people might actually write about them and then they would become notable (for a lack of quality, not because they are any good), but as it is, this publisher and its journals are eminently non-notable. So please stop wasting your time and the time of the community who needs to clean up the mess. Creating new articles on WP is one of the hardest things to do. I recommend that you look around first at existing articles and try to contribute to those, before continuing to create new articles that keep getting deleted. If you continue the way you have been doing, I'm afraid that sooner or later you are going to find yourself blocked from editing. --Randykitty (talk) 21:02, 16 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
