You said I shot this photo in Pärnu on August 11, 2005 and grant full rights to display this photo on Wikipedia but you published it under double license GFDL-commons. GFDL scope is broader than only in wikipedia. If your intention was to restrict content to be used only in wikipedia you should use {{copyrighted}} which allow immediate deletion. Otherwise I suggest you to make an explicit statement for avoiding confussion. (Note: this is only my personal opinion, others may prefer to stick to the displayed license tag).
