Thank you for your interest in donating material from http://www.savepentney.co.uk/village.asp to Wikipedia. Since we do not currently have a method in place to verify the identity of account holders at account creation, we must verify such donations through external processes. The article has been blanked to allow time for that verification to proceed.
The simplest way to verify is to place a release on that external website putting the material into public domain or releasing it under a license compatible with GFDL, which permits modification and reuse, even commercially, as long as authorship credit is given. Update regarding copyright concern[edit]
Since we do not yet have verification of permission by the processes set out above and sufficient time has passed since the placement of the notice, the article has been deleted for copyright concerns. This deletion is not necessarily permanent. If you have already sent a letter to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL), the article will be restored when that letter is received and processed by the Wikimedia Communications committee. Likewise, if you have not yet sent a letter, you still may (or resend it, if you believe your original may have been lost), and the article will be restored when that letter is received and processed.
As Wikipedia does not require proof of identity on account creation, it is essential that we receive external proof of authorization in order to ensure that we remain compliant with US Copyright law. Hi Gordon, It's true, I am both the author and the subject of the article, and I can see your point about conflict of interest.
I have done my best to ensure that the article is factual, impartial, and avoids any exaggeration, overstatement or spam. I have deliberately avoided adding link to my website or portfolio, opting instead to upload and relinquish copyright to a few of my images to Wikipedia.
I would greatly appreciate any help or assistance you could offer, or suggestions on how we can resolve this issue without having to delete the entire article.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
