Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Wwilloughby for evidence. Request reason:

Perkins FC2 and Cameronperkins share a common IP address; however, examination of the changes made to Wikipedia sites displays two separate interests, e.g. History and CNN/Cartoon Network, respectively. WWilloughby changes never originated from the "perkins" shared IP Address, and there were changes made by Perkins FC2 and WWilloughby from different locations at the same time periods ... Showing two different persons. Perkins FC2 received advice from WWilloughby about Wikipedia usage. In fact, Sandboxes were shared, but not in an effort to decieve. Rather, it was an effort to make up for a lack of knowledge/skills on the part of Perkins FC2. I did not know Cameronperkins was editing Wikipedia pages. Warnings were sent to Cameronperkins and were not known by me and I can only guess that WWilloughby did not know either. When I asked about his use of Wikipedia, it was evident that he did not known the Wikipedia rules, and did not understand the Wikipedia staff's warnings. I personally understand the nature of the charges. I will not adjust anyone's sandbox in the future and will learn how to request the posting of new articles. My actions were not intended to be outside the limits of the rules. I can only promise to do better in the future.

Decline reason:

As I said in declining the unblock request at Wwilloughby's talk page, I agree with the conclusions of the SPI. — Daniel Case (talk) 20:17, 9 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This user may sometimes share an IP address with Cameronperkins.
