On 8th December 2011, The Civil Court in Hamburg made the following decision:

John Rossall is not allowed to: - Announce or carry out, or to let anybody announce or carry out, shows or advertisements using the name “Glitter Band” or “The Glitterband featuring John Rossall”.

This ruling is in agreement with judgements ordered in The British High Court in 1984 and 1997.

There has never been an order that allows John Rossall to use Ex Glitter Band.

Pete Phipps The Glitter Band

As you have a clear conflict of interest here, I'm going to ask you to cease editing for the moment. We've been made aware of the fact that this article has become a battleground for band-related disputes, which is unacceptable. I will go through the article in the next few days to examine the warring edits, sources, references, etc. Any further communication should take place in the article's talk page for maximum visibility. Thank you for your understanding. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 21:20, 27 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Additionally, please refrain from further editing User talk:Crescendo25, and please see my comment at Talk:The Glitter Band. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 21:42, 27 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Crescendo25 (Rossall) is still editing the article and inserting false information, so I am only undoing anything that is innacurate obviously. Pete Phipps
