Clan MacLaren[edit]
Hi I see that you have contributed to the Clan MacLaren page, so I thought that I would reach out to you as I am interested in the history of the clan. What I have found in my research of is that most of what has been published, is from one source published in the 1840s by James Logan in McIan's book on the Scottish Clans, which on Clan MacLaren was fabricated for the benefit of a Donald McLaurin, a wealthy London Attorney, who wished to become Representative of the Clan.
