Hey. First, welcome to Wikipedia; your good-faith edits are much appreciated and I hope you will stay to help improve and expand this encyclopedia.
I've left a response to your comment on Talk:Shadow the Hedgehog. If you'd like more information regarding these policies, please let me know. I've also removed your additions to Mario Kart 3DS for the reasons listed in the article's history. Basically, the information you added was self-evident and at-best trivial. Until more well-sourced information is released by Nintendo or through major video game magazines, the current information in the article is all that's appropriate at this time (see WP:RS, WP:V, and WP:CRYSTAL for more information).
