Issue requiring assistance[edit]

Can anyone tell me how to email a neutral admin and discuss reporting other admins?

Recently a highly POV pushing editor has arrived called wikireader41 he has accused me of being some anon ip who uses BT internet as i do he is also being backed by another admin who doesnt seem to care about abusive edits by wikireader41. Nishkid i suspect they are both Indian maybe this plays a hand in his support for such a abusive editor? i urge Nishkid not to abuse powers as a admin and crack down on wikireader41 and his abusive messages and pov edits. There is no correlation between my edits and the edits of the anon ip 86 *** he/she is randomly targeting pages while im talking to people on the issue of kashmir. Maybe someone could check wikireader41 and his edit history he is highly abusive and islamophobic he should be blocked a long time ago i wonder why nishkid64 the admin loves him so dearly??? Well the fact that Nishkid64 has seen the abusive and racist messages of wikireader is evidence enough of his biased administrating habits he seems blind to the racist rants of wikireader who often calls other uses "Wahabi terrorists" Nishkid64 takes no affirmative action against him but instead aids his abusive rants by blocking credible users who challenge wikireader like myself it gets me very angry maybe I should cool of sorry :( Rashtra (talk) 11:44, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Blocks are never about punishment - there is no such thing on Wikipedia, they are preventative. Perceived incivility is never an excuse for retribution. Could you please provide some diff's that show some of the abusive and racist comments you speak of? There are a lot of edits, I simply cannot look at all of them.
