Request for Clarification (Blessing Abeng)

Hello.... Please I'd love you to review a page you tagged "Blessing Abeng" again (if you don't mind). Firstly, to the best of my ability, the article was written from a plain neutral point of view with reliable sources and coverage from both national and international newspapers. To this effect, I made some edits that you may want to review, please.

Also, the 'COI' tag may have been a misunderstanding. I have no connection or whatsoever with the subject. The article was created as part of my contribution to Wikipedia and as part of my Women Wiki Project (Africa). I anticipate your quick response, please. Cheers. @Mevoelo, before I continue to analyse the sources, see, a list of reliable sources from Nigeria.

Having note that; the sources present that has in-depth information about her are not reliable sources. Forbes Africa is different from Forbes itself as they are owned by separate entities, and, making it to the list of "30 Under 30" does not in any way make anyone notable (these lists and awards most times are paid for; it is business).

The reliable sources present are press releases, (read this policy about press releases, here) talking about selling the company or some event therein.

MIPAD is just like a regular blog curating list of people and so, does not meet to be included as a reliable source.

I would advise you to move it draft as myself or another editor would definitely list it at article for deletion discussion.

As you claimed to have no connection or compensation whatsoever, doing so what not be hard as you could always look for another notable topic to write about. Best, Reading Beans (talk) 07:10, 7 August 2023 (UTC)

Liz, I am a Nigerian also. I only added the ethnicity of the page creator to buttress my point as to why it could be a paid job and not mere speculations. I’ve seen editors use words like: "Nigerian sources", "Indian sources", "Pakistani sources", et cetera to prove their point about the reliability of an article. And I do hope that you understand that it was used in good faith and nothing personal.

Hello, I received an email and a notification on my account and email that “The page ‪Buike‬ has been reviewed”. PWAN Homes is really large in Nigeria. And this is all the sources I can find on the subject matter based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Nigeria/Nigerian_sources. Regarding this one, I saw that the reviewer moved it to draftspace and the next edit summary was cleaning up submission while it hadn’t been moved to mainspace. Is this a bug or something of the like? Because I have noticed it several times for other reviewers too. I’m sure the reviewer thinks it has been publish to mainspace by now whereas it’s not.
