Frank Rizzo

Hi, I noticed that you put the POV Check template on the Frank Rizzo article. I rewrote it and added to it, but because the rewrite was extensive, I put it on a subpage (Frank Rizzo/rewrite) rather than on the main article page. I asked a more experienced editor what he thought I should do with the rewrite, he suggested asking WikiProject Philly for their opinion, and he suggested asking the user who placed the POV Check template for their opinion.
