2018[edit]

IMO, just as the article is Phi Beta Pi, the category should be as well. Opinion?Naraht (talk) 15:37, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Naraht: Yeah, I agree, along with Category:Phi Chi Medical Fraternity. You want to submit that or should I? RevelationDirect (talk) 21:25, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Go ahead. I'm Seeing if I can find any others that are similar. Only one that leaps out when I do a regex search is Category:Chi Psi Fraternity, which I think needs to as well.. Kappa Alpha Society, Kappa Alpha Order and Delta Phi Epsilon (social) have cats named after them, but they match the article.Naraht (talk) 21:45, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
All 3 submitted for speedy renaming. RevelationDirect (talk) 23:31, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanx.Naraht (talk) 22:31, 19 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Mark Hatfield served as the National Third Vice President of Alpha Phi Omega. I have added that fact and the reference thereof to the article (though I'm not thrilled with where I put it). As such, I have added him back into the Alpha Phi Omega category. (IMO, none of the people on List of Alpha Phi Omega members belong there other that Hatfield, Frank Reed Horton, and H. Roe Bartle. (The last two served as the first two National President of Alpha Phi Omega.Naraht (talk) 21:57, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

OK, sounds good. If they're a national leader that's certainly defining. A lot of the biography articles are so short it's hard to tell what attributes are defining. Some of these organizations have a list articles of members/brothers/sisters which is a better format. RevelationDirect (talk) 22:22, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, absolutely. I'm probably responsible for 95% of List of Alpha Phi Omega members.Naraht (talk) 22:55, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
