My GA review of Causeway Bay Books disappearances - Talk:Causeway Bay Books disappearances/GA1 - is presently on hold but there is only one issue that needs fixing - Reference #51 needs to be filled-out more completely. Then I will be able to pass the article to Good Article status. Thanks, Shearonink (talk) 16:06, 27 October 2016 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for February 10

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Postage stamps and postal history of Hong Kong, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Phoenix, Yamato and Argyle Street (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Requested move 23 March 2020 (HK National Security)

Hi Rinbro,

At Talk:National_People's_Congress_Decision_on_Hong_Kong_national_security_legislation#Requested_move_23_May_2020 you forgot when listing to leave a rationale, placing all your points outside the text. So at WP:RMC it just came up as the default "Please place your rationale here" substitute text. I've modified your proposal to put your first two bullet points into it, in the hope that the bot will then place those at RM. I've not changed your text, merely moved a bit of it into the proposal. Which is not perfect but better. By the way, I support your proposal, but I better wait until the change is updated by the bot to say so. If I forget, please may my !vote be !counted as a support per WP:COMMONNAME. 94.21.219.127 (talk) 05:38, 23 May 2020 (UT

List of Chinese navy Ships

Hi Rinbro,

I am not very familiar with using Wiki "Talk" pages. I am not sure If I am using this page correctly to contact you. If I am doing wrong, plesae accept my apologies. In the list of Chinese navy ships ( which I note you are the main contributor of) there are some gaps in the gunboats Info. ( e.g. builders "Unknown"). I have unearthed information about 3 gun boats built in Hong Kong for the Chinese Navy ( Canton [Guangzhou] Government) . One in c. 1908 and two more definitely in 1928. Rather than edit the list myself, I would prefer to discuss first and provide you with my source. My email is petera.crush@yahoo.com

  • Please go ahead and edit the article, as long as you have verifiable sources. Thanks. Rinbro (talk) 04:01, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
