More suggestions for evidence:

  • Look up the discussion of Imdaking at WP:AN/I (SEE WP:AN/I #42, WP:AN/I #43)
  • Check his history of file uploads. As far as I can tell, other editors have only reported about 1/5th of his problem uploads. My guess is that almost all of his uploads other than logos do not qualify for the fair use tag. Some of his uploads probably still have the inappropriate {{screenshot}} tag. Every suspect image should be reported at WP:CP. File:Staples.JPG, File:Mikrw.JPG, , and File:Gold.JPG have already been deleted.
  • Check his other subpages, especially User:Imdaking/template1 - what links here, which is his custom welcome message that ends "from The one and only King Wikipedian:", and his personal vandal warning User:Imdaking/vandal - what links here (for all of his subpages, see [1])
  • There are already a couple of his sockpuppets and IPs that have been identified, but I am almost certain that there are a couple more of them. You might try to further investigate some of the editors who have corresponded on his user page that also have accounts that were created around August 22nd, plus the edit histories of some of the pages that he has edited. I also have a strong feeling that Imdaking was not his first user account, although I don't think he had been editing for more than a month or two before creating the Imdaking account. You might look for other problem editors who have editing some of the same pages that Imdaking has. [note: although one admin thought that Imdaking might also be Ronald20 (talk · contribs), I am convinced that he is not.] For one list of possible suspect user accounts, see [2]. Look for similar spelling errors, pages that they share edits, etc.
    • One similarity: This vandal warning by Imdaking [3] (on 9 September 2005) compared to the vandal warning left on his talk page by User:Wikipedianinthehouse (on either 12 or 13 September 2005).
  • I'd add the bogus "You have new messages." link on his user page as another complaint.

Good luck. Are you going to start with an WP:RFC? BlankVerse 10:36, 7 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Mike.JPG[edit]

Image:Michael J. Fox Hand Prints.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
