OK, so you had two questions. 1 Suggesting an Image, in order to suggest an image, simply embed the image in the Lolicon article. Don't replace the existing one. There is nothing wrong with having to images for an article, especially as that one is a long one. If someone doesn't like it, they will say so on the discussion page, and you can counter their argument there, you must resolve the issue in discussion page always. 2 You must release your holding of the copy-write.
