- سلام به شما. تصویری که شما از آن یاد می‌کنید، یک تصویر ناقض حق تکثیر است که منبع و مرجع مشخصی هم ندارد و برای کسی که در زمینه عکس و تصاویر دارای تجربه کافی باشد، به خوبی واضح است که شما این تصویر را در اینترنت یافت کرده‌اید و آن را به اشتباه در دانشنامه بارگذاری کرده‌اید و در مقالات نیز مورد استفاده قرار گرفته. شما در اجازه نامه مورد استفاده در این تصویر، ذکر کرده‌اید که:
- I, the copyright holder of this work!
- آیا شما واقعا خودتان در زمان شلیک این موشک، در نزدیکی آن حضور داشته اید و شخصل این تصویر را تهیه کرده‌اید؟!Saman-1984 (talk) 21:54, 23 December 2015 (UTC)
- با سلام و تشکر از توضیحات شما. این نگاره را من بارگزاری نکرده ام. اگر در جدول توضیحات آن دقت کرده باشید آنجا نوشته ام که این نگاره از نگاره ای که توسط کاربری با نام
Hbsk2 بارگزاری شده، کراب شده است
این عبارت را من در قسمت منبع تصویر نوشته ام:

- سلام مجدد. ممنون از توضیحتان. سوء تفاهم بوجود آمده مرتفع شد. پس بارگذار اول که چنین ادعایی کرده، ادعایش کذب می‌باشد. شما اگر علاقمند به بارگذاری تصاویر مربوط به ایران هستید، من وبسایت خبری http://www.tasnimnews.com/fa/photos را به شما معرفی می‌کنم که گنجینه‌ای از تصاویر با ارزش با محوریت ایران است. البته باید توجه داشته باشید که فقط آن دسته از تصاویری را می‌توانیم از آن وبسایت به انبار تصاویر منتقل کنیم که دارای نام عکاس (شاغل در این خبرگزاری) و تاریخ ثبت عکس باشند. باقی تصاویر این خبرگزاری را نمی‌توانیم بارگذاری کنیم.Saman-1984 (talk) 10:01, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
- سلام. یک سوال داشتم. همونطور که می دونید همین سایت تسنیم که عبارت کریتیو کامنز را زیر سایتش گذاشته، وسایتهای دیگری مثل این سایت معمولا دو نوع تصویر دارند، یک دسته تصاویری که تولیدی خودشون هست و دسته دیگه تصاویری که تولیدی خودشون نیست. آیا این مساله در بارگزاری تصاویر از این سایتها ما رو با مشکل مواجه نمی کنه؟ یعنی چون تصاویری دارند که تولیدی خودشون نیست و با این حال عبارت کریتیو کامنز را گذاشتند، آیا مشکلی پیش نمیاد؟

- Hi @Nick.mon:. My picture is true. The other picture is true too. All images of Khamenei.ir are free. Three admins of commons are working on it and approve this talk. Renzi, meeting Ali Khamenei in Tehran (3).jpg This image is a secondary source, so I mentioned my picture to approve it.

Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
