Welcome to Wikipedia, SandorL1999![edit]

I'm Seagull123 and I want to welcome you to Wikipedia!

Wikipedia is an amazing community adventure which is constantly being edited. There are many different versions of Wikipedia for many different languages, and the English version has 6,832,266 articles which are written by volunteers like you and me! Making your first steps on Wikipedia can be hard sometimes, so if you need any help, don't hesitate to to leave a message on my talk page or ask a question on your talk page under a {{help_me}} tag. Someone will help you soon!

Wikipedia has five pillars which summarise Wikipedia's fundamental principles:

  1. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia
  2. Wikipedia is written from a neutral point of view
  3. Wikipedia is free content that anyone can use, edit, and distribute
  4. Editors should treat each other with respect and civility
  5. Wikipedia has no firm rules

I hope you have a good time here on Wikipedia, whether reading or contributing.

Again, welcome!

Hi @SandorL1999: you added the following text to International reactions to the November 2015 Paris attacks;

Saturday Night Live, in the fourth episode of its 41st season (with host Elizabeth Banks, did not feature its usual comedic cold open sketch. Rather, cast member Cecily Strong delivered a solemn address to the people of Paris in both English and French. After peacefully delivering the show's opening line, SNL returned to its usual format.

If you could, please add a reference to this. It is important you try, because one of Wikipedia's policies is that everything is verifiable. If you need help doing so, see referencing for beginners or ask a question on my talk page. Thanks.  Seagull123  Φ  17:32, 15 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

List of Veep characters[edit]

Hi SandorL1999, your new article List of Veep characters is basically just a different version of the existing Selina Meyer page. I've proposed merging your article into the existing one -- either porting some of the content, or just redirecting. What do you think? You could answer me here, or on Talk:Selina Meyer. -- Danny (talk) 21:26, 2 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve List of Veep characters[edit]

Hi, I'm Boleyn. SandorL1999, thanks for creating List of Veep characters!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Please add references and comment at the merge discussion.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

January 2023[edit]

Please do not create, maintain or restore hoaxes on Wikipedia, as you did at Kevin Kennedy (student). If you are interested to know how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements already in Wikipedia – and, if possible, correct them. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia. Continued disruption will be met with sanctions, which could include a block from editing. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia to learn more about this project and how you can contribute constructively. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 23:22, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
