Sorry for that, I was using for the first time and I want to give my additions.

Please add following new content:

According to Mr. G.K. Pillai, Central Home Secretary, India, process of Telengana was started and expect Hyderabad to be capital of India after deliberate discussions.

The Home Secretary woulk like to clarify that he did not state that Hyderabad would be the Capital of Telangana. In response to a question from a journalist that the proponents for the State of Telangana had wanted Hyderabad to be its Capital, Home Secretary had stated that this was what they wanted. The issue of the Capital for the proposed new state of Telangana for which steps have been initiated is a matter that is to be decided by consensus and by the Government of India

But the above Home Secretary statement could be put in the article under formation of new state, as it is one of the important point put forward in the process of formation of state.

See WP:NOTNEWS. All the statement says is Telengana proponents want Hyderabad as the capital. When the government formally declares it is under consideration, then we can perhaps put it in. --NeilN ^{talk to me} 08:16, 12 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
