Please stop adding a "US weekly ratings" section to the Desperate Housewives (season 5) article with a proper and reliable source. If you do not stop, you will be reported for vandalism and possibly blocked. --HELLØ ŦHERE 00:40, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you have read what I put it's perfectly fine to put them up, but only with a proper and reliable source. This is one of the foundations to Wikipedia, without it, I can just put anything just as you can. Source it, and it will be fine. Adding without sources constitutes vandalism. --HELLØ ŦHERE 00:56, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As long as the source follows Wikipedia's guidelines. --HELLØ ŦHERE 01:02, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I cleaned it up a little bit. Good job, and happy editing at Wikipedia. --HELLØ ŦHERE 01:30, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
And just so you're aware, you do not need to start a new section on someone's talk page with every new post. If there's anything else I can help with, just let me know. --HELLØ ŦHERE 01:34, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Not a problem. If you're new, maybe you'd like to check out this page. But if there's anything else I can help with just leave me a message on my talk and I'll get back to you ASAP. --HELLØ ŦHERE 01:42, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 01:39, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:Desperatehousewivesapplelogo.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Desperatehousewivesapplelogo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

PLEASE NOTE:

  • I am a bot, and will therefore not be able to answer your questions.
  • I will remove the request for deletion if the file is used in an article once again.
  • If you receive this notice after the image is deleted, and you want to restore the image, click here to file an un-delete request.
  • To opt out of these bot messages, add {{bots|deny=DASHBot}} to your talk page.

License tagging for File:Greys-anatomy-musical-episode.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Greys-anatomy-musical-episode.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:06, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, i restored the section because i don't think listing the major album release of the year is too much. It's only 1 extra line and makes the list look more complete than just the other 3. Can we work this out before continuing to revert each other? Thanks Jenova20 20:27, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Best Selling Digital Artists in the United States requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Better source request for File:MistressesPromo.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:MistressesPromo.jpg. You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 19:35, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:MistressesPromo.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:MistressesPromo.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
