re: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Automatic_for_the_People&diff=0&oldid=1218420453 Yes, it was. You may have a cache issue or something. Please undo. ―Justin (koavf)TCM 17:57, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Much thanks, comrade. ―Justin (koavf)TCM 06:45, 12 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Jon Richardson's birthday[edit]

You have removed this repeatedly from his Wiki page saying that it is not citable. Jon himself has since confirmed his birthday as 26 September in a Series 5 episode of Meet the Richardsons. Is this source - the subject of the Wikipedia article himself - good enough for you? 92.238.199.227 (talk) 21:28, 12 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

April 2024[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Elliott Smith. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. OK--I really need you to explain why you are making these reverts. Where's the vandalism? And where is the vandalism here? I'm looking at an unblock request from an editor whom you reverted twice last year without a word of explanation--do I have to explain why you might have reverted them a year ago? I can't do that. Please, explain in edit summaries, esp. when marking something as vandalism when it isn't obviously vandalism. Drmies (talk) 19:01, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, apologies. I saw an IP editor before that, making a similar edit on the Elliott Smith article, was reverted with a reason given. I thought it was the same IP (it wasn't, but could still be the same editor?) just ignoring the warning. I was editing on mobile and will refrain from reverting unless I’m in a position to give an edit summary. IPs adding random music genres has been an issue too. Seasider53 (talk) 20:21, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No doubt, and I typically follow Binksternet's advice in handling such IPs--but edit summaries are necessary for collaboration, and especially for administrators like me in fighting disruption. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 21:53, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Johnny Marr[edit]

Hi - the article confirms he's an Irish musician so putting him in the category "English Musicians" doesn't make sense. So I changed it to Irish musician. DanielTokenhouse (talk) 11:23, 24 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contributions to 2024–25 Blackpool F.C. season. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. JoeNMLC (talk) 14:38, 6 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
