Sorry to be denying this submission again. It's an interesting topic with potential, however it just doesn't seem right for the article space just yet. I am aware that the author of this article has written a book on this matter, and that's just what this reads like; a book, not a Wikipedia article. It's unnecessarily verbose for an article; try to say more with less. Furthermore, the citation style is somewhat difficult to understand. I see attempts have been made at inline citations however they have not been done in the standard manner. Please read the referencing guide and fix up the citations, and also the prose issues, and then resubmit again.

Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
